In portions, introduce the sifted flour, knead the resulting mass with your hands and knead until plastic (the kneaded dough sticks well from the hands).

Roll a ball from dough and wrap it with cling film. Leave on the table for 2 hours so that the gluten swells well.

Combine margarine or butter with flour (50-70g), and chop into crumbs. Then make a rectangle about 2-2.5 cm high and send it to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Cut the dough with a cross, without cutting it to the end, roll out a square or rectangle with a rolling pin. Put in the middle a mixture of butter and flour, cover with the edges of the dough and roll out a thin layer. Roll up several times and roll out again, roll up again and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Insert the egg, beat a little with a fork or whisk.

Pour in oil, mix and add flour in parts, knead the dough to a plastic state.

Cover with a towel and leave on the table so that it rises.
