  • Shortcrust pastry - 500 g;
  • Mushrooms (purchased or forest) - 400 g;
  • Onion - 1 pc.;
  • Cream or mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Parsley - 4-5 branches.

If you bought ready-made dough in a store or knead it yourself, then it's time to get down to the filling.

Cut mushrooms into small pieces and put in a pan with vegetable oil. If you use forest fruit bodies, then boil them in salted water for 15 minutes and let drain.

Fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes, add the onion, chopped into thin half rings.

After another 10-15 minutes, salt, pepper and add cream, stir.

Send finely chopped parsley to the mass, mix again and let cool, turn off the heat.

  • Shortbread dough - 600 g;
  • Champignon mushrooms - 300 g;
  • Chicken fillet (boiled) - 300 g;
  • Chicken (boiled) eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • Cream - 100 ml;
  • Onion - 1 head;
  • Carrots - 1 medium pcs.;
  • Salt pepper;
  • Vegetable oil.

  • Shortbread dough - 0.6 kg;
  • Champignons or oyster mushroom - 0.5 kg;
  • Onion - 1 pc.;
  • Salt, vegetable oil.

To fill:

  • Cheese (hard) - 150 g;
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • Cream - 150 ml;
  • Fresh greens (dill, parsley) - 7-10 branches;
  • Salt, ground black pepper;
  • Nutmeg - on the tip of a knife.

After mixing the shortbread dough, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Clean the mushrooms from dirt, rinse in water and cut into thin plates.

Peel the onion from the husk and chop into thin half rings.

Pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan and fry the onion and mushrooms on it. Fry the mass until you see that the liquid from the fruit bodies has evaporated. Salt, season with ground pepper, stir and turn off the heat so that the contents of the pan cool slightly.

  • Shortcrust pastry - 0.6 kg;

  • Olive oil;

Cut the potatoes into 5 mm cubes, chop the mushrooms with slices.

Fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates, and in the middle of the process add chopped greens. Salt, pepper, mix, remove from heat, let cool.

Mix the mushroom mass with potatoes and, if necessary, add.

Roll out the dough into a layer and spread evenly into the mold, making the sides.
