- 2/3 glasses of water

- For the test, cook the potatoes in their uniforms, cool slightly, peel and pass through a meat grinder. Mix it with flour and salt.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. When the yeast gives foam, pour them into the potato-flour mixture and add vegetable oil and a beaten egg. Knead thoroughly until smooth. Cover it with plastic wrap and place in a warm place.
- Cover the table with plastic wrap and lightly sprinkle it with flour. Put the dough and roll it into a long ribbon. Lay the mushroom filling along the tape. Using the film on which the dough lies, roll it with a roll. If the width of the ribbon from the dough is small, then just pinch the edges of the pie with potatoes and mushrooms over the filling.
- Lay the roll, twisting in the form of a spiral, onto a baking sheet liberally greased with vegetable oil. Cover with foil and place in a warm place until the volume of the roll is increased 1.5–2 times. Bake in the oven for 40–45 minutes at 200 ° C. Cool the finished cake without removing it from the oven: turn off the heat and open the door slightly.
- For the filling, put the mushrooms in the oven for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 220 ° C, so that they fade and give a strong aroma. Finely chop the onion and fry over medium heat until soft and slightly discolored. Mushrooms and onions, pass through a meat grinder, salt and pepper.
