Take 0.5 tbsp. warm milk and dilute yeast with sugar in it.

Beat the egg and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Prepare the surface for kneading the dough and sift the flour onto it. Make a deepening and pour milk with diluted ingredients.

Add salt and vegetable oil, combine with flour and begin to knead the dough.

Then put the dough in a warm place for 60 minutes. During this time, 1 time to mass the mass and again let it come up.

Roll the dough onto a thin crust over the surface and grease with butter, which must be melted first.

So, we make the filling: my champignons in water, and cut off the legs with oyster mushrooms.

Peel the onion, rinse and chop thin half rings. Fry in oil for about 2 minutes over medium heat.
