Having worked a little in the kitchen, you get a very tasty and satisfying dish. Fried mushrooms, which are combined with onions, will appeal to even lovers of delicious mushroom dishes.

  • honey agarics - 2 kg;
  • onions - 700 g;
  • vegetable oil - 200 ml;
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • ground black pepper - 1 tsp.

So that autumn mushrooms, cooked for the winter in a roasted form, are tasty and fragrant, they must undergo the correct preliminary processing.

Honey mushrooms are sorted, the lower part of the leg is cut off and washed. They are laid in boiling water and boiled for 20-30 minutes.

  • sour cream - 200 ml;

  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • salt.

  1. We clean the honey mushrooms, cut off most of the legs, rinse and boil for 25 minutes.
  2. We recline in a colander, let it drain and spread it on a heated frying pan.
