  • honey agarics - 600 g;
  • onion - 3 pcs.;
  • cream - 300 ml;
  • butter - 50 ml;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper - ½ tsp;
  • Russian cheese - 100 g;
  • parsley and dill greens - 1 small bunch.

Clean mushrooms, rinse and boil in water for 15 minutes.

Peel and cut the onion into thin rings, fry in butter until soft.

Introduce mushrooms to the onion, fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Pour in half the cream, add salt to taste, add ground pepper, mix and simmer for 10 minutes.

  • honey agarics - 1 kg;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • cream - 200 ml;
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 g;
  • hard cheese - 200 g;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • garlic - 2 pcs.;
  • potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • chili - ½ pod;
  • salt;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • parsley (greens) - 20 g.

Peel the onions, chop them into cubes and fry in butter until golden.

Boil peeled mushrooms in salted water for 15 minutes and put onion. Fry over medium heat until liquid evaporates from them.

Cut half the chilli into thin slices, chop the garlic and put into the mushrooms, fry for 10 minutes.

Beat eggs with cream, salt and add grated hard cheese.

Grease a baking dish with butter and distribute the mushrooms.
