  • 500 g of onions;
  • 300 g carrots;
  • Butter - for frying;
  • 500 ml of sour cream;
  • 1 tsp. paprika and black pepper;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped parsley and / or dill.

  1. Honey mushrooms after preliminary preparation should be boiled for 15 minutes. For this, the mushrooms are laid immediately in boiling water.
  2. With carrots and onions, peel the top layer, wash and cut into cubes.

  • 500 g of potatoes;
  • 4 onion heads;
  • 200 g of minced chicken;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • 400 ml sour cream;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 3 tbsp. l lemon juice;
  • 1 PC. bay leaf.
  1. Fry the boiled mushrooms in oil until golden brown, add the onion, chopped into cubes, and fry for another 10 minutes. over medium heat.
  2. Fry the minced meat separately until tender and combine with mushrooms and onions.
  3. Peel, wash, chop the potatoes and fry in oil until half-cooked.
  4. Combine with mushrooms and minced meat in a deep saucepan, add salt to taste and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Pour in lemon juice, mix and add sour cream.
  6. Stir, put bay leaf, cover the stewpan with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes. over low heat.
