Salad with champignons, walnuts and parmesan


This salad with mushrooms and nuts is prepared in just 15-20 minutes. The dish is light and at the same time satisfying.

  • 500 g of champignons;
  • 1 bunch of fresh salad;
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil;
  • 1 onion;
  • ½ tsp chopped chili peppers;
  • 3 pcs. bell pepper;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 3 tbsp. l balsamic vinegar;
  • 5 tbsp. l chopped walnuts;
  • 100 g of Parmesan grated cheese;
  • Salt.

Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan, put chili pepper with chopped garlic.

Fry for 1-2 minutes. over medium heat, add onion, cut into half rings, as well as diced bell peppers.

Fry for 5-7 minutes. over low heat and add the chopped champignons.

Without changing the intensity of the fire, continue to fry for another 10 minutes.

Put all the fried ingredients in a separate bowl, salt to taste.

Add vinegar, ½ grated cheese and walnut kernels.

Introduce sliced ​​lettuce, mix gently.

Put in a beautiful salad bowl and sprinkle with the second half of grated cheese.

Salad with champignons, chicken, egg and walnuts

A salad made with champignons, nuts, chicken or other poultry is a very tasty and mouth-watering treat. Such an exquisite dish will decorate any festive feast, especially if you serve it portionwise - in large glasses or bowls.

  • 400 g of boiled chicken;
  • 4 boiled eggs;
  • 1 white onion;
  • 500 g of champignons;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 100 g crushed walnut kernels;
  • Mayonnaise - for dressing;
  • 1 bunch of green onions;
  • Vegetable oil - for frying;
  • Salt and ground black pepper.
  1. Combine mayonnaise with garlic crushed through a press and grease each layer of salad.
  2. Remove the film from the mushrooms, rinse and cut into cubes.
  3. Combine with diced onions and fry in a small amount of oil until browning, allow to cool.
  4. Put boiled chicken meat in a salad bowl, cut into cubes or strips.
  5. Add a little salt, pepper and grease with mayonnaise sauce.
  6. Next, lay diced eggs, a layer of mushrooms with onions.
  7. Grate cheese on a fine grater and put on a layer on mushrooms, brush with sauce.

  • 500 g each of champignons and chicken;
  • 200 g canned green beans;
  • 100 g of walnuts;
  • 150 g of cream cheese;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 250 ml of mayonnaise;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Parsley or dill greens (for decoration);
  • Salt to taste.

  1. Boil chicken fillet in salted water, allow to cool and cut into strips.
  2. Peel the mushrooms, cut into slices, but not too thin.
  3. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into quarters.
  4. Put in a frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown.
  5. Grate the garlic on a fine grater, pass the processed cheese through a meat grinder along with walnuts.
