Pies with rice and mushrooms: recipes with photos and videos

If you are too lazy to bother with small pies, prepare baked goods for subsequent portioning. We are talking about pies with rice and mushrooms - a great way to diversify a family dinner or surprise guests at a festive dinner. Chicken eggs, meat, greens and other ingredients can be added to the filling according to your taste preferences.

Rice, Mushroom and Egg Pie Recipe

For the test:

  • flour - for plastic dough
  • 1 cup sour cream or kefir
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g margarine
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For filling:

  • 500 g of beef pulp
  • 1 cup rice
  • 150 g of boiled mushrooms (any)
  • 3-4 hard boiled eggs
  • 200 g butter
  • court - to taste
  • vegetable oil and salt to taste

To make a pie with rice, mushrooms and eggs, mix sour cream (kefir), eggs, margarine, salt, sugar and baking powder. Pour in so much flour to make a plastic dough. Place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.



Divide the finished dough into 2 unequal parts and roll them into layers. Lay a large layer in a form lubricated with vegetable oil, forming the sides. On top put half the norm of rice. Then lay the fried meat, boiled mushrooms (pre-chopped), then the remaining rice and sprinkle it with chopped eggs.



Spread the court evenly on top of them. Pour all the melted butter and cover with the remaining layer of rolled dough. Pinch the edges carefully. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until browning at 180 ° C.

Rice and Salted Mushroom Pie Recipe

For the test:

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 1-2 teaspoons of yeast
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil
  • salt to taste

For filling:

  • 1 kg of cheese (feta cheese or suluguni cheese)
  • 1 cup rice
  • 100 g salted mushrooms
  • 200 g butter
  • salt to taste

Grind the cheese toppings (leaving a little topping), add softened butter and, if necessary, salt. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly. Chop the mushrooms into strips. Boil rice and rinse.

For the test, dilute the yeast in warm milk and let rise. Combine flour, prepared yeast, vegetable oil, salt and knead the dough. Place it for 1 hour in a warm place and let rise. Divide the finished dough into 2 parts and each roll out in the form of cakes. Put rice in the middle of the tortilla, mushrooms on top of the rice, and cheese on the mushrooms, cover with a second tortilla on top. In the center, make a small hole 1 cm in diameter and brush with grated cheese mixed with beaten egg. Bake a pie with rice and salted mushrooms in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown on average.

How to bake a pie with rice and mushrooms in the oven

It is required: 500 g flour, 1 cup kefir, 300 g butter, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 egg.

For filling: 500 g minced meat, 1 cup rice, 200 g mushrooms, 2 boiled eggs, Curry sauce, salt.

Cooking method. Make a recipe for yeast-free puff pastry. To prepare the filling, sort, rinse and pour warm water for 1 hour. After that, cook the rice for 30 minutes until cooked. Stew minced meat in sauce and add garlic.After that, mix the prepared rice with meat. Boil the mushrooms, cut them into strips.

Before baking a pie with rice and mushrooms in the oven, divide the dough into two parts, let them distance 10 minutes. After that, roll out each part in the form of a cake 3 mm thick, put one layer on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Put rice with meat, mushrooms, chopped eggs, and a second tortilla on the dough. Pinch the edges well. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Grease the finished pie with butter and cover with a napkin for 10 - 15 minutes.

Chicken pie with rice and fried mushrooms


For the test: margarine - 125 g, sour cream - 1/2 cup, water - 1/2 cup, sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon, salt, soda on the tip of a knife

Filling: chicken - 300 g, rice - 1 handful, fresh mushrooms - 100 g, onions, carrots, garlic, spices, butter

Chop the margarine with flour, add the remaining ingredients, knead the steep dough. Divide into 2 parts and put in the refrigerator.

For the filling, chop the chicken meat finely, salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil. Boil rice. Fry onions, carrots. Rinse mushrooms, chop and fry in vegetable oil. Stir the meat with rice and onions with carrots, add any spices and garlic. If necessary, salt and pepper.

Put one part of the dough into the mold, leave the edges to bend. Then put rice with meat, lay fried mushrooms on top. To prevent the cake from being dry, you can add butter (a few small pieces). Cover with the second part of the dough. Pinch the edges, cut a small circle in the center. Oven pie + fried mushrooms and rice at a temperature of 200 degrees until golden brown.

How to bake a pie with rice, chicken and mushrooms

It is required: 200 g butter, 400 g premium flour, 1 cup kefir, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. salt.

For filling: 1 chicken, 1 glass of rice, 6 eggs, 200 g of fresh mushrooms, parsley, dill.

To make a pie with rice, mushrooms and chicken according to this recipe, make a yeast-free puff pastry. Boil the chicken, separate the meat from the bones and chop finely. Wash the mushrooms, stew them in oil. Sort the rice, rinse, fill with warm water and set for 1 hour. After this, boil the rice, cool, add finely chopped eggs and greens into it. Season rice, chicken and mushrooms with cooked sauce separately.

Divide the finished puff pastry into two unequal parts. Roll each into a layer 2 mm thick. Lay a large layer of dough on a baking sheet sprinkled with cold water, so that its edges are covered with dough. Spread the filling evenly over the entire surface in layers: chicken, mushrooms, rice, etc. After that, cover the filling with the other part of the dough and pinch the edges. Lubricate the pie on top with egg yolk and place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Grease the finished pie with rice, chicken and mushrooms with butter and cover with a napkin for 10 minutes to get the pie.
