  • Green parsley - 1 bunch;
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Dough:

  1. Water - 1 tbsp .;
  2. Eggs - 2 pcs.;
  3. Flour - how much it will take.

Mushrooms are cleaned and boiled in water for 15 minutes, thrown into a colander, allowing to drain.

Finely chop and spread in a hot pan, fry over medium heat for 10 minutes, introducing a little butter.

Peel the onion, chop and add to the mushrooms, continuing to fry for another 10 minutes.

Pour flour, add the rest of the butter, salt and pepper to taste, mix and fry for 5 minutes.
