Meat with saffron mushrooms: recipes of hearty dishes

Although there is a wide variety of ways to cook meat with mushrooms, each experienced hostess has her own little secrets to improve their taste and aroma. For example, this includes the addition of certain spices during cooking.

Recipes that make mushrooms with meat do not take much time spent in the kitchen. The main thing is to prepare all the products and correctly observe the cooking time intervals. It is worth saying that the preparation process is always given special attention, since the final result of the dish depends on this.

Ginger with meat and vegetables

Meat cooked with mushrooms, saffron mushrooms and the addition of vegetables is an excellent option even to the festive table, not to mention the variety of everyday menus for your entire family.

  • 300 g of pork without veins;
  • 200 g mushrooms;
  • 1 pc. carrots and onions;
  • 200 ml of water;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise;
  • Salt and black pepper - to taste;
  • Parsley and / or dill.

Mushrooms are cleaned of forest debris, washed thoroughly in cold water to leave sand.


Allow to drain, cut into slices and spread on a kitchen towel.

Onions and carrots are peeled, cut into small cubes, and garlic peeled and grated on a small grater is added.

Fry vegetables in vegetable oil, add mushroom slices and fry for 10 minutes over low heat, continuously stirring with a spatula.

Cut the meat in a separate pan and fry until light golden brown (over high heat).

Add the fried vegetables, mix and fry for 5 minutes.

Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, pour in the water and, having covered with a lid, simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

When served, sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs.


A delicious dish of saffron mushrooms with meat in sour cream

Even a small portion of this dish will keep you feeling full for a long time. Ginger and meat in sour cream is a tasty, fragrant, but at the same time tender dish. As a side dish, you can cook mashed potatoes. If you think that pork is too “heavy” meat, replace it with poultry.

  • 400 g of pork or chicken;
  • 300 g of mushrooms;
  • 200 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 pcs. onions;
  • ½ tbsp l butter;
  • 200 ml of sour cream;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper.

You can taste the tasty mushrooms with meat in sour cream by studying the step-by-step recipe below.

  1. The meat is sliced ​​with slices no more than 1 cm thick, salted and sprinkled with ground pepper.
  2. Mushrooms are cleaned of impurities, the tips of the legs are cut off and washed in water.
  3. Pieces of meat are laid out on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Slices of mushrooms are laid out on top, then onions, cut into half rings.
  5. Sour cream is poured on top, and the whole mass is sprinkled with hard cheese grated on a coarse grater.
  6. A baking sheet with meat and mushrooms is put in the oven, heated to 200 ° C, and baked for 40 minutes.
  7. If desired, the finished dish can be decorated with sprigs of rosemary or parsley.

Sausages fried with meat in tomato sauce

Ginger fried with meat in tomato sauce is a rather unexpected cooking option. Fragrant and juicy meat fried with mushrooms in a pan is a very successful combination of products. And if in addition to this comes tomato sauce, then a wonderful decoration for the holiday table is guaranteed.

  • 400 g of pork or chicken;
  • 400 g mushrooms;
  • 2 tbsp. l soy sauce;
  • 3 medium carrots;
  • Vegetable oil - for frying;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 200 ml of tomato sauce;
  • Pinch of cinnamon;
  • 1 tsp paprika.

  1. Cut the meat into thin slices, pour in soy sauce, sprinkle with paprika, cinnamon, salt and put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  2. While the meat is pickled, peel the mushrooms, thoroughly rinse off the sand and dirt and cut into small pieces.
  3. We clean the top layer from carrots, rinse with water and grind with a Korean grater.
  4. We heat a deep pan, pour in oil and begin the process of frying meat, before draining a little liquid from it.
  5. The meat should be fried over high heat, which will preserve the juice inside and make pieces of an attractive golden color.
  6. Add mushrooms with carrots, and if necessary, add to taste.
  7. Simmer for 20 minutes, pour in tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes under a closed lid.
  8. After removing the lid from the pan, we continue to stew the meat and mushrooms for another 10 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
