Pasta with honey mushrooms: recipes for delicious dishes

  • Paste (packaging);
  • Honey mushrooms - 500 g;
  • Cream - 200 ml;
  • Butter - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Hard cheese - 150 g;
  • Leek - 1 stalk;
  • Nutmeg - a pinch;
  • Ground black pepper - ½ tsp;
  • Salt to taste.

Honey mushrooms are cleared of the remains of mycelium, washed in running water and allowed to drain.


Put butter on a hot frying pan and add honey mushrooms, fry for 15 minutes.


We chop the onion into rings and chop the garlic, combine with honey mushrooms and fry for 10 minutes.


Bring the cream to a boil in a separate bowl and add in portions the cheese grated on a coarse grater. It turns out a thick sauce for pasta and honey mushrooms.


Combine the creamy sauce with fried honey mushrooms, add to taste, pepper and add nutmeg.

Stir and let simmer for 5-8 minutes.

Boil the pasta until done (on each packet there is an instruction), mix with sauce and mushrooms.

Pasta with honey mushrooms and chicken is prepared for about 60 minutes and is designed for 4 servings.

  • Honey mushrooms - 400 g;
  • Chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • Pasta (of any company) - 500 g;
  • Onion - 1 pc.;
  • Sour cream - 200 ml;
  • Cream cheese - 1 pc.;
  • Hard cheese - 150 g;
  • Curry - to taste;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste;
  • Butter - 4 tbsp. l

To clean mushrooms from dirt, wash and boil in salt water for 20 minutes. Rinse, drain, cool and cut into 2-3 parts.

Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small cubes.

Prepare other ingredients: peel the onion and chop into pieces, grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Heat the pan and put 2 tbsp. l butter, add chopped onions and fry until transparent.

Add honey mushrooms to the onion and simmer for 10 minutes.

In a separate frying pan in butter, fry the chopped chicken fillet, add salt, pepper and curry, mix well. Fry for 10 minutes, stirring constantly, so as not to burn.

Add sour cream to the mushrooms and onions, bring everything to a boil, add cream cheese cut into cubes and mix thoroughly.

Let it boil for 5-8 minutes and add grated cheese.

Boil the pasta until cooked, put on serving plates, lay chicken on top with honey mushrooms in sour cream sauce.

So that the dish does not cool quickly, the plates should be heated, and only then spread the pasta with honey mushrooms and chicken.
