In modern housewives, you can often see pasta with chanterelles on the table. This hearty dish is prepared quite simply and quickly, and the result always turns out incomparable.

Pasta recipe with chanterelles, chicken and garlic in a creamy sauce

Pasta cooked with chanterelles and chicken in a creamy sauce is a classic cooking option. We recommend using the proposed recipe to make sure that the time and effort spent is worth it.

  • 300 g pasta (farfalle or spaghetti);
  • 400 g of boiled chanterelles;
  • 1 chicken breast;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 200 ml cream;
  • Olive oil (can be vegetable);
  • Salt to taste;
  • Thyme and black pepper to taste.

The recipe for cooking pasta with chanterelles in a creamy sauce must be done in stages.

Wash the chicken breast, separate the meat from the bone, put in boiling water and cook until tender.


Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging, put it in a colander and let drain.


Peel onion and garlic, rinse in water and chop into cubes.


Pour oil into a well-heated pan, toss garlic and fry for 20 seconds. Add onions, fry until caramel color with constant stirring.


Pour cut chunks of chanterelle to the onion, turn on medium heat and fry until the liquid evaporates. At the very end, add salt, pepper and thyme, mix.


Prepare hard cheese by grating it with a fine grater.


Cut chicken breast into thin slices, add to mushrooms and onions, mix. Add cream to meat and mushrooms, stir and bring the mixture to a boil. Pour ½ part of grated cheese, mix well and leave on the stove turned off.


Pour the pasta into a creamy sauce for mushrooms and chicken.

Chanterelles with the addition of tomato paste can be prepared in just 60 minutes. A simple recipe includes fairly simple ingredients, but the end result is amazing.

  • 300 g pasta or spaghetti
  • 500 g of boiled mushrooms;
  • 2 onion heads;
  • 1 tbsp. water;
  • 5 pieces. fresh tomatoes;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • Vegetable oil - for frying;
  • 200 g of ham;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 2 tsp dried paprika.

Pasta with chanterelles is prepared according to the recipe with a phased description.

  1. Cook the spaghetti until half cooked, recline in a colander and rinse with hot water.
  2. Separately, fry the mushrooms cut into slices in oil, add the onions and continue to fry for 15 minutes.
  3. Fry the ham in a separate pan and add to the onion-mushroom mass.
  4. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 min., Immediately remove and pour cold water.
  5. Remove the peel, grind it using a submersible blender.

If your family likes pasta, mushrooms, fish and cheese, make a paste with chanterelles and fried salmon. All your favorite ingredients in one dish - amazingly tasty, satisfying and appetizing for all homemade.

  • 500 g of paste (any);
  • 400 g salmon filet;
  • 300 g of boiled chanterelles;
  • 200 g of any hard cheese;
  • 100 ml of dry white wine;
  • 300 ml cream;
  • Olive oil - for frying;
  • Salt and black pepper - to taste;
  • Basil leaves - for decoration.

A pasta is prepared with mushrooms, chanterelles and salmon, according to a step-by-step description, which the novice housewife can handle.

  1. The paste is boiled in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
  2. We cut the chanterelles into medium sized cubes and fry in oil until golden brown.
  3. Cut the fillet into cubes of 1.5-2 cm and add to the mushrooms.
  4. Pour the wine and after it boils, simmer for 5-7 minutes.

  • 500 g of paste (any);
  • 400 g of boiled chanterelles;
  • 200 g of bacon;

  • 200 ml of sour cream;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Salt and ground pepper mixture to taste;
  • Basil greens - for decoration.

  1. The paste is boiled according to the instructions on the package, reclines in a colander and washed.
  2. Mushrooms are cut into pieces, the same procedure is done with bacon.
  3. The oil is heated, mushrooms are added, fried until golden brown.
  4. The bacon is introduced and roasted for another 5 minutes. over medium heat.
