Fried butter in sour cream: hearty recipes

Butter, fried in sour cream - a very hearty and tasty dish. And if you add nutmeg and onions to the mushrooms - this will become a masterpiece. The smell of mushrooms and nutmeg will quickly spread throughout the house, and the household will be ready to try your cooking.

I would like to share a secret how to cook butter, fried in sour cream at home. It will depend on your desire which spices will be included in the dish. But the side dish is better to cook mashed potatoes.

Important! Buttercups must be cleaned of a sticky film, otherwise it will stick to a stewpan or frying pan when frying, and it will burn. And fry the oil in no more than 20 minutes.

The recipe for cooking butter, fried in sour cream

The recipe is designed for 3 servings:

  • 700 g butter;
  • 2 tbsp. l butter;
  • 2 onion heads;
  • 4 tbsp. l sour cream;
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg;
  • Salt.

Boil the mushrooms, strain, cut into slices and fry in oil.

Cut the onion into thin rings and fry until soft, and then pour into mushrooms.

Add sour cream, salt and a pinch of nutmeg to the resulting mass. Mix well and hold for 2–3 min over low heat.

Put lettuce leaves on a serving plate, put the butter in sour cream in them and serve.

Fried oil in sour cream goes very well with boiled potatoes, vegetable salads, as well as pasta. However, you can learn to combine these mushrooms with other products.

Garlic butter fried in sour cream

The following recipe for fried butter in sour cream can be whipped up. You get a great lunch or a light snack before dinner. Add hard cheese and garlic to the mushrooms, and then serve the mushroom culinary creation to the table.

  • 800 g butter;
  • 300 g of cheese;
  • 2 onion heads;
  • 7 cloves of garlic;
  • 3 tbsp. l butter;
  • 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • ½ tbsp homemade sour cream;
  • Salt;
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper;
  • Parsley and dill.

Cook the butter, strain, cool and cut into slices.

Chop the garlic cloves and onion, fry in butter with the addition of vegetable until soft.

Add butter to the vegetables, fry over high heat for 5-7 minutes. Close the lid, put the fire on low and simmer for 15 minutes.

Pour salt and pepper, stir, pour sour cream and simmer for 10 minutes.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle with mushrooms and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Pour dill and parsley greens before the end, cover the stewpan with a lid, turn off the stove and let stand for 5-7 minutes.

These mushrooms with cheese and sour cream are well served with pasta or pasta.

Fried butter in sour cream with nuts: recipe with photo

The following is a recipe with a photo of mashed fried in sour cream with walnuts. This variation is able to outdo any gourmet meat dish.

  • 800 g butter;
  • ½ tbsp ground walnuts;
  • 150 g sour cream;
  • 2 onion heads;
  • A bunch of green onions;
  • Cilantro;
  • Salt;
  • Lean oil;
  • Ground pepper;
  • 3 tbsp. l apple cider vinegar;
  • Pomegranate seeds.

Boil the mushrooms for 20 minutes in salt water, squeeze and cut into arbitrary pieces.

Peel the onion heads and cut into cubes, combine with mushrooms and fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Cut the green onions, add to the pan and stir well.

Pour nuts, cilantro, salt and white pepper immediately, mix and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring.

Pour in sour cream, let simmer for 5 minutes and add vinegar. Stir well, darken for several minutes, pour in pomegranate seeds and turn off the stove.

Serve an unusual hot salad of butter, fried in sour cream, as a main course with mashed potatoes.
