Ingredients:

450 g of fresh mushrooms, 1 onion, 100 g of bacon, salt to taste.

Cooking:

Before cooking fried mushrooms, they need to be peeled, scalded with boiling water, washed and cut into pieces. Chop the onion finely. Put crushed bacon on a preheated pan and heat it so that lard melts. Put mushrooms, onions in a pan, add salt and fry until tender, stirring occasionally. These mushrooms are well served with boiled potatoes or fry potatoes with mushrooms.

To prepare this dish of fried mushrooms, they need to be washed, soaked in water for 2-4 hours, then boiled until softened and put on a sieve. Salt mushrooms, pepper, bread in flour, moisten in an egg, bread in breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan with a lot of fat on both sides and put in the oven for 3-5 minutes.

Mushrooms fried with onion in sour cream

Ingredients:

800 g of mushrooms, 400 g of potatoes, 100 g of onions, 10 g of butter, 20 g of flour, 200 g of sour cream, 1/2 tsp of pepper, 2 tsp of dill or parsley.

Sausages fried with sour cream

Ingredients:

500 g of mushrooms, 1 onion, 1/4 cup sour cream, pepper, dill, salt, butter.

Cooking:
