Oyster mushroom dish with potatoes and cheese

Oyster mushrooms with potatoes and cheese, baked in the oven, are delicious and have an amazing aroma. Therefore, a casserole of these ingredients is not only very tasty, but also good for health.

  • oyster mushrooms - 1 kg;
  • potatoes - 700 g;
  • onion - 3 pcs.;
  • mushroom broth - 2 tbsp .;
  • hard cheese - 300 g;
  • cream 9% fat - 2 tbsp .;
  • dry white wine - ½ tbsp .;
  • garlic cloves - 5 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt;
  • nutmeg - a pinch;
  • ground black pepper - 1 tsp.

Oyster mushrooms disassemble into individual mushrooms, cut off the contaminants and the remains of the mycelium, wash under the tap and cook for 15 minutes.

Drain the water from the mushrooms through a colander and leave all the liquid to the glass, allow to cool and cut into large pieces. Leave 2 tbsp. mushroom broth, which will be needed for our dish.
