  • white cabbage - 1 kg;
  • onions - 500 g;
  • carrots - 500 g;
  • sunflower oil - 250 ml;
  • vinegar 9% - 150 ml;
  • salt - 6 tsp;
  • sugar - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • allspice -5 peas;
  • ground black pepper - 1 tsp;
  • leaf of a parsley - 4 pcs.

To properly prepare an appetizer of honey mushrooms and vegetables, you need to follow a step-by-step recipe.

Clean mushrooms, rinse and boil in salt water for 20 minutes, drain through a colander and allow to drain well.

Peel the top leaves from cabbage, cut with a special shredder.

Peel the carrots and onions, rinse in water and chop: cut the onions into cubes, grate the carrots.

Mix honey mushrooms, cabbage, onions and carrots, salt to taste and pour sugar. Let stand for 15 minutes, add vinegar, mix and leave for another 10 minutes.

In a deep saucepan, heat oil, pour mushrooms and chopped vegetables, add allspice and ground black pepper, lavrushka, mix thoroughly.

Do not cover with a lid, simmer over low heat for 1 hour, stirring with a wooden spatula.

Cover the stewpan with a lid and simmer another 10 minutes.

Place the hot appetizer in sterilized jars and close with tight plastic lids.

  • ground black pepper - ½ tsp;
  • salt to taste.

Rinse the pickled mushrooms in a colander under running cold water, drain the liquid and put in a salad bowl.

Drain the fill from the peas and pour into the mushrooms.

  • honey agarics - 1 kg;
  • butter - 30 g;
  • vegetable oil - 30 ml;

  • parsley - 20 g

Boil mushrooms in water for 20 minutes, rinse and drain through a colander.

Heat two types of oil in a frying pan, put the diced garlic and a sprig of rosemary in it, let it sit for 5 minutes.

Put mushrooms in a pan and fry over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Peel the onion, cut into small half rings and add to the mushrooms, fry until golden for 7-10 minutes.

Salt to taste, sprinkle with a mixture of peppers, chopped parsley, mix and remove from the stove.

Let stand for 5 minutes under the lid and serve.

A new appetizer of honey mushrooms with chicken

If you want to surprise your family and guests, then update your cookbook with a new snack from mushrooms. This salad turns out to be unusual in taste and very fragrant.

  • boiled chicken - 500 g;
  • boiled honey mushrooms - 500 g;
  • eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • boiled potatoes in their “uniform” - 4 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise (sour cream) - 300 ml;
  • hard cheese - 200 g;
  • fresh cucumber - 1 pc.;
  • parsley and dill - 1 bunch;
  • salt.

Peel and dice the potatoes, salt, put in a bowl and mix with a small portion of mayonnaise.

In a separate plate, combine mayonnaise, boiled and diced eggs.

Fresh cucumbers cut into thin strips and put in a separate bowl.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater and refrigerate.

Grind chicken, salt and mix with a portion of mayonnaise.

Now you need to collect the salad: the first layer is potatoes, then eggs with mayonnaise, the next is fresh cucumber and grated cheese. The last layer is chicken with mayonnaise, and honey mushrooms on top.
