  • Garlic - 1 clove;
  • Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l .;

  • Fresh honey agarics (can be frozen) - 0.5 kg;
  • Onion - 1 large piece;
  • Cheese (hard) - 100 g;
  • Butter (softened) - 3-4 tbsp. l .;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

If you take fresh honey mushrooms, then after cleaning they need to be boiled for 15-20 minutes. And if you have frozen fruit bodies, then first defrost them, transferring them from the freezer to the refrigerator and leaving them for several hours.

Cut mushrooms into pieces and put in a colander, let the excess liquid drain.

Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onions, and after a couple of minutes put the mushrooms. Fry the mass until the liquid from the fruit bodies evaporates. This is very important, since the "under-cooked" liquid filling will not allow you to tightly blind the edges of the dumpling. It will spread and the product will burst when cooking.

When the onion and mushroom mass in the pan is sufficiently fried, you need to turn off the heat and set it aside.

Allow to cool and add cheese, grated on a coarse grater, salt, pepper and mix.

In heated oil, fry the onions and carrots, cut into cubes.

Cut mushrooms into slices and add to the previous ingredients in the pan. Then immediately add mashed tomatoes and crushed garlic, fry everything together over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.

10 minutes before being ready to salt, pepper and pour vinegar.

Arrange the mass in sterilized jars and roll up.
