Mushroom caviar from honey mushrooms: recipes for a slow cooker

Honey mushrooms are excellent fruiting bodies with excellent taste and aroma. A variety of dishes can be prepared from them. Caviar from honey mushrooms with carrots for the winter in a slow cooker

This version of caviar from honey mushrooms in a slow cooker for the winter is prepared quickly and turns out to be very tasty. Overgrown and broken mushrooms can be used for this workpiece, the main thing is that they are not wormy.

  • Fresh mushrooms - 2 kg;
  • Carrots - 700 g;
  • Lean oil;
  • Onion - 500 g;
  • Ground black and white pepper - ½ tsp;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • Black peppercorns - 5 amount

Honey mushrooms are cleaned of mycelium and debris, part of the leg is cut off, washed in water for 10 minutes and boiled for 25 minutes.

Throw it into a colander or metal sieve and then pass through a meat grinder or use a blender.

Onions and carrots are peeled, chopped into cubes and fried in a slow cooker in vegetable oil for 10 minutes in the "Frying" mode.


Grind the mass in a blender or pass through a meat grinder, and then mix with mushrooms.

Spread everything in a multicooker bowl, introduce a mixture of ground peppers, peppercorns, salt to taste and sugar, mix.

Close the lid of the multicooker and set the mode "Extinguishing" or "Baking" for 30-35 minutes.

After the beep, ½ teaspoon is introduced. citric acid or 3 tbsp. l vinegar, mix and turn on the slow cooker for another 5-7 minutes.

Distribute caviar from honey mushrooms in sterilized jars of 0.5 l, cover with plastic lids, allow to cool and put in the refrigerator.

Peel and boil the mushrooms for 25 minutes, allow to cool and pass through a meat grinder.

Put the mushroom mass in the multicooker bowl, pour oil, fry until the liquid evaporates and put in a bowl.

Peel the carrots and onions, wash, chop and fry in a slow cooker for 15 minutes, put in a bowl of mushrooms.

Wash tomatoes and pass through a meat grinder, put in a slow cooker.

Mushrooms, onions and carrots also pass through a meat grinder, combine with tomatoes in a multicooker bowl and simmer for 20 minutes until most of the liquid evaporates. In this case, stir the mass so as not to burn.

Pour 1 tbsp.add vegetable oil to the caviar, add salt, add garlic chopped into cubes and turn the multicooker into the “Stewing” mode for 40 minutes.

After the signal pour in vinegar, mix well and turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for 20 minutes.

As soon as a signal sounds about the end of the process, open the lid and place the eggs in sterilized jars.

Cover with lids, allow to cool completely and remove to the basement.
