- Fresh mushrooms - 1 kg;
- Onions, carrots - 1 pc.;
- Garlic - 2 cloves;
- Sunflower oil - for frying;
- Salt pepper.
The recipe for minced honey starts with the preliminary preparation of mushrooms.
First you need to clean mushrooms from dirt and adhering leaves, immersing them in cold water for 20 minutes. Add a couple of tablespoons of salt, which will get rid of the worms (if any) and remove even the smallest grains of sand.
Then rinse the fruiting bodies under running water and cut into small pieces.
Finely chop with a knife or grate peeled onions with carrots.
In a pan, heat the oil well and put the vegetables, fry until soft.
While the onions and carrots are fried, put the mushrooms in a colander and mash a little with your hands to remove most of the liquid.

- Minced mushroom - 700 g;
- Manka - 5 tbsp. l (you can take flour);
- Chicken egg - 3 pcs.;
- Onion - 2 heads;
- Garlic - 1 clove;
- Olive or sunflower oil;
- Salt pepper;
- Breadcrumbs.
Peel and chop the onion with garlic as small as possible, for convenience, the ingredients can be grated.
Combine the resulting mass with mushroom stuffing, add the eggs.
Next, put semolina or flour, stir, salt, pepper, stir again and let it brew.
