  • Pickled honey mushrooms - 400 g;
  • Baked chicken - 400 g;
  • Potato "in uniform" - 4 pcs.;
  • Onion - 1 head (medium);
  • Fresh cucumber - 2 pcs.;
  • Boiled eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • Unsweetened yogurt - 200 ml;
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • Rye crackers - 50 g;
  • Dill and / or parsley - 4 branches;
  • Salt to taste.

The salad recipe with pickled mushrooms and chicken is prepared according to the following scheme:

Spread the pickled mushrooms from the jar, rinse in a large amount of water and spread on the wire rack to drain from excess liquid.

Peel potatoes and eggs, cut into small cubes and put in a large salad bowl.

Cut the baked chicken meat (it can be a breast, ham or drumsticks) into thin slices and introduce it to the eggs and potatoes.

Peel the onions, cut into rings and fry in oil until golden brown.

  • Honey mushrooms - 400 g;
  • Chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • Boiled potatoes - 5 pcs.;
  • Raw carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • Fresh cucumber - 2 pcs.;
  • Olives or olives - 100 g;
  • Onion - 1 head;
  • Ground black pepper;
  • Soy sauce and mayonnaise - to taste;

  • Honey mushrooms - 500 g;
  • Hard cheese - 200 g;

  1. Boil the chicken in salted water with bay leaf and allspice, let cool, not removing from the broth.

  • Chicken breast - 1 pc.;
  • Onion -1 head;
  • Boiled potatoes and carrots - 2 pcs.;

  • Cheese - 200 g;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Olive oil - 50 ml;
  • Lemon juice - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • Chopped parsley - 2 tbsp. l

We spread the salad with honey mushrooms and smoked chicken layers, seasoning with olive oil and lemon juice.

  1. We disassemble the meat by hand and put it in a deep salad bowl, pouring a mixture of oil and lemon on top.
  2. Combine onion chopped into cubes with pickled honey mushrooms and fry in butter until golden brown.
  3. After cooling, spread on meat and sprinkle on top with a pouring of oil and lemon juice.
