Salads with honey mushrooms and cheese are made with the addition of various vegetables, herbs, meat, seafood, fruits and nuts. You can fill them with mayonnaise, sour cream, cream, soy sauce or a mixture of oils. The dish is laid out either in layers, or all the ingredients are gently mixed.

Salad with chicken, honey mushrooms, cheese and peanuts

Salad with chicken, honey mushrooms and cheese - one of these options. But despite its simplicity, the result is astounding. This dish is ideal for holidays, it is the first to "disappear" from the table.

  • 1 chicken breast;
  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 200 g of cheese "Russian";
  • 400 g honey mushrooms;
  • 3 onions;
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 3 tbsp. l roasted peanuts;
  • 3-4 sprigs of parsley or basil;
  • 200 ml of sour cream.

We prepare a salad with chicken, honey mushrooms and cheese according to the step-by-step description below.

Boil the mushrooms after preliminary cleaning for 15 minutes, put a slotted spoon on a kitchen towel and let drain.


Fry in oil until golden brown and put in a salad bowl with a slotted spoon without oil.


Remove the peel from the onion, cut into cubes and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. Let cool, and put into a mushroom salad bowl with a slotted spoon (so that the oil drains).


Pre-boil the breast in salted water, cool slightly, cut into slices and put in a salad bowl.


Boil chicken eggs for 10 minutes, then pour cold water to cool. Peel, cut into cubes and combine in a salad bowl with other products, salt to taste.


Beat sour cream with a chopped roasted peanuts and grated cheese on a coarse grater. Pour into a salad bowl with all ingredients, mix thoroughly and garnish with parsley or basil sprigs.


Salad with pickled mushrooms, cucumber and cheese

Salad with pickled mushrooms and cheese has many advantages and most importantly - a combination of ingredients. From the usual products you can prepare an original and tasty snack, which will have a spicy-spicy taste with citrus notes.

  • 500 g pickled mushrooms;
  • 2 fresh cucumbers;
  • 1 medium carrot;
  • 200 g of hard cheese;
  • 4 chicken eggs.

Refueling:

  • 2 tbsp. l brown sugar;
  • Zest of half a lemon;
  • 10 g ground ginger;
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice;
  • 1/3 tsp red hot pepper (ground);
  • 70 ml of olive oil;
  • 3 tbsp. l sesame oil;
  • 50 ml of soy sauce;
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  1. Honey mushrooms are cut into cubes, vegetables are peeled, washed and chopped into thin slices using a vegetable slicer.
  2. Eggs are boiled for 8-10 minutes, laid out in cold water for cooling, cleaned and diced.
  3. The cheese is rubbed on a coarse grater and combined with eggs (a small part is left to decorate the salad).
  4. All cooked products are laid out in a large salad bowl, mixed and waiting for dressing.
  5. Dressing: crushed garlic, zest and lemon juice are combined in a deep bowl, mixed.
  6. Sugar, red pepper, ginger are introduced, soy sauce and a mixture of oils are poured.
  7. Everything is thoroughly mixed until brown sugar is completely dissolved, poured into a salad and mixed well.
  8. Ready salad is decorated with grated cheese on top and served to the table.
