Mushroom and Cheese Pie Recipes

It can be prepared for home tea drinking, or you can bake it on a festive occasion. Mushroom Pie with Cheese

For a pie with mushrooms and cheese you will need

  • dough - 650g flour,
  • 1 cup of warm water and an egg,
  • 4 tbsp softened butter,
  • 1 -1.5 tbsp dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp Sahara,
  • 1 tsp salt.

filling:

  • 800 g of frozen honey mushrooms,
  • 100g gouda cheese
  • salt,
  • egg,
  • vegetable oil,
  • butter.

Dough. Make a dough - in a third of a glass of warm water, stir a few tablespoons of flour with sugar and yeast, leave the bowl warm, cover and leave until fluffy foam. Sift flour into a bowl, make a hole in the center, beat in an egg, pour water in a thin stream, add dough and salt, knead the dough, leave it for proofing.

Filling. Throw mushrooms into boiling salted water, bring to a boil, then dry and fry in vegetable oil until tender. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.

Combine the dough that increased in volume by 2–3 times with melted butter and non-hot oil, knead the dough again, put it in a bowl again and cover, leave to rise in the warm, and knead after the increase. Divide the dough into two unequal parts, roll out the larger one according to the size of the form, put the mushrooms on it, sprinkle with cheese on top, cover with the second - a smaller layer of dough, pinch the edges, cover the cake with an egg. Cook the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until tender - about 30-40 minutes. Cool on a wire rack by sprinkling with water and covering with a napkin.

Puff pastry with mushrooms and cheese

  • Puff pastry - 1 pack.
  • Dutch cheese - 120 g
  • Onions - 50 g
  • Dill - 1 pc
  • Champignons - 150 g
  • Butter - 10 g
  • Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Sesame - 1 tsp.

Before preparing a layer cake with mushrooms and cheese, we unfreeze the dough and roll it to a rectangle. Put the dough to rest.


Cut onions, mushrooms, dill and grate cheese on a coarse grater.


We heat the pan and add the sunflower oil, now that the oil has warmed up, fry the onions and mushrooms until they become soft.


When the onions and mushrooms become soft - add dill, salt, pepper and butter. And bring to readiness.


We take our rested dough, put a pillow of cheese on one half of the dough, and stuffed with mushrooms on top.


Grease the edges of the dough with protein, and cover with the remaining half of the dough. Press the edges, as they do on chebureks.


We shift the dough onto a baking sheet, and tuck the edge.

Mushroom Pie and Cream Cheese Recipe

The ingredients for the recipe for a pie with mushrooms and cream cheese are these products:

  • Fresh mushrooms - 400 g
  • Yeast dough - 1 kg
  • Smoked low-fat ham - 70–80 g
  • Hard cheese - 40-50 g
  • Processed cheese 1 pack 100 g
  • Boiled egg - 1 pc.
  • Sour cream - 4 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt to taste

Rinse mushrooms, peel, put in a pan and simmer, without adding any oil or water. Then finely chop.

Finely chop the ham and egg, grate the cheese. Mix mushrooms with ham, cheese and egg, add sour cream and salt. If the filling is too liquid, you can add breadcrumbs to it.

Divide the dough into two parts (one bigger than the other). Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out most of the rolled dough. Put the filling evenly on the dough. And spread the melted cheese on top of it. Cover the pie with dough. Put in a preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes.

Pie with mushrooms and puff pastry cheese

The ingredients for the pie with mushrooms and cheese from puff pastry are the following products:

  • Fresh champignons - 400 g
  • Hard cheese - 200 g
  • Ham - 200 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons
  1. Peel the mushrooms, rinse, chop finely, fry together with chopped onions in vegetable oil.
  2. Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and grate. Cut the ham into small cubes, peeled pepper with a thin straw. Grate the cheese.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and put on a sheet. Put ham and mushrooms on the dough, sprinkle with grated eggs, lay pepper over the eggs, sprinkle with cheese and pour a little mayonnaise. Such a cake should be baked in a heated oven to 200 degrees.

Chicken, Mushroom and Cheese Pie Recipe

  • Fresh mushrooms - 500 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Butter - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Russian cheese
  • Dill or parsley - 3-4 branches
  • Salt to taste

Dough:

  • 400 g premium flour
  • 1 cup kefir,
  • 250 g butter,
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • Fresh mushrooms - 400 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Gouda cheese - 300 g
  • Butter or vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Wheat flour - 1 teaspoon
  • Sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Parsley or dill greens - 3-4 branches
  • Ground black pepper to taste

  1. Rinse mushrooms, peel, boil. Chopped boiled mushrooms with a knife or mince, fry in a pan with butter. Peel the onions, finely chop and fry with flour in the remaining oil. When it cools down a bit, add sour cream, chopped herbs, salt, pepper.
  2. Stir and no longer heat, so that the sour cream does not lose its taste and smell. Combine the mushrooms and sour cream sauce and mix.
  3. Cook yeast-free puff pastry.
  4. Take part of the dough, spread the filling on it, cover with the other part of the test. Put the pie in the oven and bake until crusty.

Yeast cake with mushrooms and cheese


In order to prepare a yeast pie with mushrooms and cheese, prepare the dough:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup of water (warm) or milk,
  • 5 g of yeast
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. l butter
  • salt.

Filling:

  • Fresh mushrooms - 200 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Beef liver - 200 g
  • Cream cheese - 2 cans
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Rinse mushrooms, peel, finely chop. Peel the onion, chop and fry with mushrooms in vegetable oil. Rinse the liver in water, grind with a meat grinder, add salt, pepper, lemon juice. Combine the liver and mushrooms, mix well.

Dough preparation method:

Take a full glass of warm water or milk, 5 g of yeast and a half cup of flour, knead the dough, put in a warm place; when it rises, beat well with a spatula, add salt, beat 2 or 3 eggs, put 1 tablespoon of butter and flour so that the dough is quite thick; knock well and let rise.

Put the filling, cream cheese on a part of the dough, cover with dough. Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes.

Pie with mushrooms, onions and cheese


Dough:

  • 200 g of vegetable oil,
  • 400 g flour
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 yolks
  • 8 tablespoons of red table wine,
  • 5 tablespoons of cream
  • some salt.

The ingredients for filling the pie with mushrooms, onions and cheese are the following products:

  • Fresh mushrooms - 250 g
  • Boiled beef - 200 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Butter - 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese

Rinse mushrooms, peel, boil and grind together with peeled onion and boiled meat using a meat grinder. Melt the butter and pour into the minced meat. Pepper, salt and mix. Grate the cheese and mix with the filling.

Dough preparation method:

200 g of vegetable oil and mix with 400 g of flour, 2 eggs, 2 yolks, 8 tablespoons of wine, 5 tablespoons of cream and a pinch of salt. Knead well, roll thinly, fold four times and repeat this 2 times.

Put part of the dough on a baking sheet greased with vegetable or butter. Put the filling evenly on the dough. From the remaining test, make sides. Bake the cake in a well-heated oven.

Pie with mushrooms, ham and cheese

The composition of the products for the pie with mushrooms, ham and cheese is the basis for the dough and filling. For the test you need to take:

  • Flour - 300g
  • Water - 180 ml
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Yeast (dry) - 7g
  • Olive and vegetable oil - 40 ml each + oil for greasing dishes
  • Egg for greasing the cake

For filling:

  • Champignons - 150g
  • Leek - 1 pcs.
  • Ham - 150g
  • Cheese - 200g
  • Vegetable oil, salt

Cooking:

For the test: dissolve salt and sugar in warm water, add yeast and leave for 15 minutes.

Sift flour, pour water with yeast, vegetable and olive oil, knead the dough, knead for 10 minutes.

Transfer the dough into a clean dish greased with vegetable oil, cover with a towel or napkin and leave for 1.5 hours.

Knead the dough and let it go for another hour.

For filling: wash the mushrooms and leek, dry, cut the mushrooms into slices, leek rings.

Fry mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes, salt, cool.

Cut the ham into cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix cheese, ham and mushrooms with onions.

Knead the dough, divide it in half, roll both sides in circles, put one rolled out part of the dough in a mold greased with vegetable oil, make the sides, put the filling on the dough, cover with the second rolled out part of the dough, pinch the edges well.

Cover the cake with a towel or napkin and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Break the egg into a bowl, beat a little with a whisk, grease the cake with a beaten egg and bake in the oven heated to 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Remove the finished cake from the oven, cover with a towel (or napkin), let stand for 10 minutes, then you can cut it.

Mushroom pie with sour cream and cheese


To test the pie with mushrooms, estimates and cheese you need to take:

  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 200 g margarine
  • 2 eggs,
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream
  • soda,
  • salt.

For filling:

  • 500 g of fresh champignons,
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil,
  • 0.5 cups sour cream
  • cheese
  • 1 egg

From flour, margarine, eggs, water, salt, soda, knead fresh dough, roll out two layers.

Rinse mushrooms, boil for 15-20 minutes, discard in a colander, chop, salt and fry in oil, pour sour cream and cool. Put the prepared stuffing on a dough sheet, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with a second layer, grease with an egg and bake in the oven until a golden crust appears.

Pie with mushrooms, cheese and herbs


The filling of the pie with mushrooms, cheese and herbs is quite exotic - it includes offal.

  • Brains - 700 g
  • Yeast dough - 1 kg
  • Fresh champignons - 300 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - 150 ml
  • Butter - 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Flour - 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Dill or parsley - 2-3 branches
  • Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Hard cheese

Boil the brains in salted water with the addition of vinegar, cool and cut into small pieces. Rinse parsley and chop. Peel the onion, finely chop and lightly fry in 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Peel the mushrooms, rinse with cold water, dry with a towel, cut and simmer in vegetable oil until the liquid evaporates. Add the fried onions and simmer another 3-5 minutes.

Fry the flour in a frying pan with butter, add hot milk, salt and heat over low heat until the heat becomes thick with sour cream. Combine champignons, brains, season with sauce and mix. Add a raw egg, chopped dill or parsley, salt, pepper and mix well again.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with vegetable oil. Lay the rolled dough into a baking sheet. Put the filling evenly. Close the dough.

Pie with sausage, cheese and mushrooms


Dough:

  • 3 eggs,
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of baking powder,
  • vegetable oil,
  • pepper,
  • salt.

For filling:

  • 300 g of sausage,
  • 100 g of cheese
  • 300 g of boiled breasts.

The way to make a pie with sausage, cheese and mushrooms is quite simple: grate cheese, cut sausage and mushrooms. Beat eggs, add mayonnaise, pour in baking powder and flour. (You can add a little grated cheese to the dough. Then you need to put 2 tsp. Of baking powder.)

Salt, pepper, whisk with a mixer, add grated cheese and sliced ​​sausages.

Lightly grease the mold and pour out the dough. Bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes at 180 ° C. If the top of the cake turns too brown, cover the mold with foil.
