Cooking should start with the fact that the meat needs to be cut into medium-sized pieces, salt, pepper and add flour to it.

After that, immediately wash, peel the mushrooms and cut into plates.

At this time, the frying pan should be heated on the stove, greased with butter, because the next step is frying the chicken to a golden crust.

Then mushrooms are added and fried with the breast for about 7 minutes.

Cooking begins with frying the mushrooms and onions, cut into small pieces, in butter and sunflower oil until the liquid evaporates completely and a crust appears. This is what will be the filling, which should be pepper and salt to taste. The next moment is cutting a pocket for stuffing in meat. You should take the chicken fillet, make an incision on the side. The appeared pocket must be filled with filling, and then fasten the edges with toothpicks.

If you have a grill pan, heat it, grease it with vegetable oil and fry the breast with the filling until a golden crust appears. An ordinary frying pan is also suitable.

  3. Stir the sauce until smooth and add another 200 ml of milk with constant stirring.
  4. Then you can add salt, pepper to taste and add 30 g of butter. After this, cover the pan with a lid.

The sauce is ready, and now you can finish cooking. Put a mass of cheese, meat and mushrooms in a mold, pour sauce on top and bake for up to 10 minutes. Chicken fillet in white bechamel sauce with mushrooms is ready. When serving, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.

It's about chicken with mushrooms and cheese. This dish is prepared quite simply:

  1. Sauté 300 g of chicken with one chopped onion, crushed garlic clove and a thyme branch in butter.
  2. 10 minutes before cooking, add 200 g of chopped fresh mushrooms to the rest of the ingredients and fry them until the liquid evaporates.
  3. Pour in 100 ml of wine and cover the pan for 10 minutes.
