The recipe sequence includes the following steps:

Thoroughly wash 400 g of turkey fillet, gently dry with paper towels and cut into oblong pieces 1 cm thick.

Fry chopped meat in a skillet in vegetable oil over high heat until golden brown - 10-15 minutes. A couple of minutes before the end of the heat treatment, salt, pepper, pour the juice of one lemon.

Put the browned pieces of turkey in a bowl and cover to maintain temperature.

Cut one onion into strips and simmer for no more than 5 minutes in a skillet in vegetable oil.

Rinse and chop 250 g of champignons, adding them afterwards to the onion. Stir the onion-mushroom mixture over low heat for 5-7 minutes, and then add salt to taste.

Add the fried turkey meat to the pan with mushrooms, mix and cover. Darken all ingredients for about 5-7 minutes and add 1 teaspoon of curry.

Pour 250 ml of cream into a skillet with meat. Their desired fat content should be at least 22%. Cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.

For those who appreciate a vegetable combination with meat, you can add carrots in a turkey fillet with fresh mushrooms in a gentle creamy sauce. Such an ingredient will give the dish a greater saturation of taste. The cooking method does not differ in complex manipulations, it is enough to follow the recommendations:

  1. In a combination of butter and vegetable oils, fry the onion, sliced ​​in half rings, bringing it to a soft and transparent color.
  2. In a separate frying pan, stew one carrot, chopped in straws, in vegetable oil over low heat.
  3. Wash, dry and chop 150-200 g of fresh mushrooms in small slices. Fry in butter until tender for 7-10 minutes.
  4. Cut prepared 300 g of turkey fillet into oblong pieces and fry in a combination of butter and vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Combine all the ingredients (onions, carrots, mushrooms and meat) in a saucepan and add 200 g of cream 22% fat, salt and pepper - to taste. Cover the pan and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

This dish can be served with any side dish: rice, potatoes, buckwheat. In any combination it will be very tasty and satisfying.

Braised turkey with mushrooms in a creamy sauce with orange juice

  2. Stew chopped 400 g champignon separately in oil, so that excess moisture is removed.
  3. Add the chopped onion into the skillet with meat and stir, simmer for 3-5 minutes. After combining with mushrooms, sprinkle with a teaspoon of rosemary, 1 tablespoon of orange peel and 60-80 ml of orange juice. A couple of minutes under the lid is enough for the dish to absorb the necessary aroma.
  4. The final step is to add 200 g of cream and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

Juicy and original treats are ready and can be served on the table. Refined aroma and unsurpassed taste - those characteristics which are its main distinguishing feature.

Recipe for turkey breast with mushrooms in a creamy sauce

Another recipe for cooking turkey breast with stewed mushrooms in a gentle creamy sauce is a consistent simple cooking action:

  1. Cut two turkey breasts (about 200 g) so as to get flat slices, like a steak.
  2. Grease meat with 10 g of mustard and 10 ml of soy sauce. Leave the pickled meat pieces for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Fry the turkey breasts on both sides in a preheated skillet in a small amount of vegetable oil, then put on a baking sheet.
  4. Grind the onion and stew it in oil after frying the meat, followed by the addition of chopped 200 g of champignons, salt and pepper to taste. As soon as the excess liquid disappears, add 200 g of cream with 22% fat and darken under the lid for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour the breasts laid out on a baking sheet with a mushroom mixture with sauce, sprinkle with 50 g of grated Parmesan and send to a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
