2. Heat sunflower oil in a pan, quickly fry pork on it until golden brown;
3. Add onion, pre-chopped in half ringsStew for 5 minutes and pour the carrots. It can be chopped on a coarse grater;
4. Add the butter to the pan with vegetables, simmer for three minutes, and then add the mushrooms washed and sliced, fry until cooked.
