1. Wash the meat, dry it, cut into small cubes, pour soy sauce and leave for 30 minutes in the refrigerator;

  • 800 g of pork;

  • 200 ml of dry white wine;

1. Wash the pork, dry it with a paper towel and cut into small cubes;

2. Rinse the champignons, divide into “legs” and “hats”, cut into strips;

3. Peel, wash, chop the onions in half rings;

4. Release the pepper from the center, rinse under running water, cut into long strips.

Put the pork for three minutes in a well-heated pan with sunflower oil and quickly fry over high heat. After a golden crust appears on pieces of meat, pour a third of the wine into the pan, reduce the heat and stir until it evaporates completely. Repeat this procedure 2 more times.

Fry the onion in a separate pan until transparent, add chopped paprika to it and fry until golden. After the wine has completely evaporated, fry it for another 5 minutes all together and add the mushrooms. After that, all the components must be mixed, add 70 ml of water, cover and simmer for another half hour.

You need to add dill to the finished dish, it will be an excellent addition to mashed potatoes, rice, pasta and buckwheat.

Fried meat with mushrooms in a pan: a quick recipe

When there is no time for long preparation of gourmet dishes, but you want to quickly cook something tasty, then fried meat with mushrooms in a pan is just what you need!

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of meat (better than pork);
  • 200 g of champignons;
  • 2 medium onions;
  • 3 large cloves of garlic;
  • salt, herbs, spices.

Product Preparation:

1. Dry the washed meat and cut into thin long slices, i.e. straws;

2. Peel, wash and chop the onion with thin half rings;

3. Peel the garlic, chop it into small pieces with a knife.

4. Wash the mushrooms, divide into “legs” and “caps”, cut into thin slices.

Season the prepared pork with salt, dry herbs and spices, mix thoroughly with your hands, rubbing and crushing into each piece of seasoning. Put them in a pan with well-heated meat. Fry quickly over high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. After that, you need to reduce the heat and leave to stew in your own juice, adding onions and covering it with a lid.

After 8-10 minutes, add champignons to the pan and, without mixing the components, cover for 3 minutes, then mix and simmer for another 7 minutes, add the garlic and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of pork goulash;
  • 1 kg of mushrooms (they can be any - mushrooms, mushrooms, chanterelles, etc.);
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • 4 large onions;
  • 5 cloves of garlic;
  • pepper, herbs, salt.

Product Preparation:

1. Wash the goulash, dry thoroughly with a paper towel, cut into small pieces;

2. Peeled and washed onions cut into half rings;

3. Mush out the mushrooms, cut into slices;

First you need to fry the onions for 3-5 minutes until transparent, then add the mushrooms to it. When the onions and mushrooms begin to brown, you need to add pieces of goulash to them, mix thoroughly and cover. Ingredients:

  • 300 g of pork (e.g. loin);
  • 1 medium onion;
  • 8 large champignons;
  • 50-70 g of hard cheese (Russian or Dutch);
  • salt, a mixture of peppers, herbs for decoration to taste.

Product Preparation:

1. Wash the loin under running water, dry with a paper towel;

2. Peel the onion, wash and cut into small cubes;

3. Wash and dry the mushrooms.

Cut the prepared loin into pieces about 1 cm thick, slightly beat off, each individually salt and pepper, sprinkle with herbs. Fold the pieces in a bowl, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, fry the onions until transparent with constant stirring, add the mushrooms, diced and fry until golden brown for 5-7 minutes under the lid.

Heat the vegetable oil in another pan, put slices of loin in one layer in it. Fry on both sides until crusty - 5-6 minutes.

On top of the prepared meat, put the onion with mushrooms in an even layer, sleep with grated cheese, reduce heat, cover and cook for another 6-8 minutes. Serve with vegetable salad and potatoes.
