Ingredients:

  • 650-700 g of pork (neck, scapula);

  • 100 g mayonnaise;
  • 1 large tomato;
  • 2 onions;
  • 30 ml of sunflower oil;
  • salt pepper.

Product Preparation:


1. Wash the pork, dry it, cut into slices as on chops, beat off each piece through a food whip on both sides (6-8 portion pieces should be obtained);

2. Wash, chop and mushrooms in a pan with heated oil;

3. Peel, chop, add onion to mushrooms, fry foods over medium heat until half cooked;

4. Wash the tomato, cut into rings.
