To bake a delicious pizza with mushrooms in the oven, as professional cooks do, you will need to cook the dough, prepare the toppings and bake it all for 23-35 minutes. Mushrooms for such baking, take it at your discretion - raw and salted, and pickled. If you are going to cook a dish with dried mushrooms, then you will first have to soak them for several hours.

Oven-cooked pizza with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • For the test:
  • 400 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
  • 150 ml of warm milk,
  • 15 g of yeast
  • salt.

For the filling: 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 5 tablespoons of grated cheese, 4 large tomatoes, 10 cherry tomatoes, 100 g of basil, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, pepper, salt.

Cooking method:

Knead the dough from flour, milk, yeast and salt, cover it and put in a warm place for 1-2 hours. When the dough increases in volume by 2 times, knead it again, roll it into a cake and put on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.

  3. Roll out the fermented dough into a layer and put in a greased form. Pour the tomatoes over boiling water and peel them. Part of the tomatoes, cut into cubes, and the remaining slices, wipe the soft cheese on a grater, and chop the sharp cheese with a knife, chop the greens, cut the mushrooms into slices, and the onions into rings.
  4. Place the prepared products on the dough in the following sequence: tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, herbs, grated cheese, a layer of sharp cheese. Sprinkle pizza with spices, sprinkle with olive oil and place for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 ° C.

Oven baked pickled mushrooms and sausage pizza

For the test:

  • 2 cups of flour,
  • 15 g of yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 40 g butter,
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

For filling:

  • 40 g pickled mushrooms,
  • 50 g of smoked sausage or sausages,
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 pods of bell pepper
  • 60 g of hard cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • 2 tablespoons canned green peas,
  • 2 tablespoons of olive or sunflower oil,
  • parsley and basil,
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

Dissolve yeast in warm milk, mix flour with salt and sift through a sieve. Make a deepening in the center of the obtained mound, introduce a beaten egg, milk-yeast mixture, butter and knead the dough with a uniform consistency.

  • finely chopped dill greens - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • easily melting cheese - 100 g,
  • ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp
  • salt - 0.5 tsp.

For the sauce:

  • ripe tomatoes - 5 pcs.,
  • cheese - 60 g
  • fresh cranberries or lingonberries - 4 tbsp. spoons
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp. a spoon,
  • chopped walnut kernels - 1 teaspoon,
  • ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon,
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Sift the flour through a hair sieve, add the butter dissolved in a water bath, drive in the yolks, salt and knead a homogeneous dough with your hands or a mixer. Roll it out in a thin layer, put on a greased baking sheet and smooth.
  2. Peel the tomatoes, chop them with a blender or rub them through a sieve, add the garlic and chopped onions passed through the garlic grinder, add vegetable oil, salt, pepper, put in a Teflon-coated pan and simmer for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula. Chop mushrooms into thin slices.
  3. To make homemade pizza with mushrooms in the oven, first put the tomato mass on the dough, then pieces of ham and mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs, leave for 20 minutes in a warm place. Then place in a preheated oven and bake until browned.

  • greens, spices.

To prepare pizza with mushrooms and zucchini in the oven, knead the dough from flour, eggs, salt and water, roll it on a baking sheet in the form of a cake no thicker than 5 mm and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Peel the zucchini and cut into slices 1 cm thick, fry them in oil until half-cooked. Put peeled porcini mushrooms or champignons in boiling water for 5-7 minutes, discard them in a colander, then cut into thin slices and lightly fry in oil, fill them with sour cream sauce and simmer until cooked.
