The crock-pot is the best assistant to the hostess in the kitchen. Dishes cooked with the help of this kitchen aggregate are tasty, aromatic and, most importantly, healthy! No exception, and meat with mushrooms cooked in a slow cooker: it is enough to prepare all the ingredients, put them in a bowl, set the desired program, and then your irreplaceable assistant will do everything for you.

Recipe for meat with mushrooms and cheese in a slow cooker


  • Pork - 500 g
  • 1 onion

Pour vegetable oil into the slow cooker, put onions, mushrooms and fry in the "Frying" or "Baking" mode with the lid open, stirring. After 5 minutes add carrots, after another 5-7 minutes - meat. Then add spices.

Cooking:

To prepare pilaf with mushrooms in a slow cooker, the meat must be washed and cut into medium-sized pieces. Peel onions, garlic and carrots. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots, and let the garlic through the press.

Pour a little oil into the slow cooker and turn it into “Pilaf”, “Fry” or “Baking” mode. Put meat and onions in it and fry for 10-20 minutes, depending on the desired degree of frying. Then salt and add spices to taste, mix. Add carrots, mushrooms, and garlic, fry for 5 minutes, pour in an incomplete glass of hot water and simmer for another 5 minutes. Pour rice on top of the meat, do not mix, smooth on the surface. Slightly add rice, then pour water so that it is 2-3 fingers higher than rice. Close the lid, if the multicooker has a valve, then close the valve. Turn on the “Pilaf”, “Porridge” or “Stew” mode for 30 minutes. After the end of the program, immerse a whole head of garlic in rice, peeled from the top layer of the husk. Close the slow cooker and turn on the same mode for another 15 minutes, then leave it in the “Heating” mode for half an hour.

Pilaf with mushrooms

Components:

  • Champignons - 300 g
  • Rice
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Meat (any) - 200 g
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground barberry - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground pepper and salt to taste

Cooking method:

To cook meat with mushrooms in a slow cooker according to this recipe, mushrooms must be peeled, boiled in salted water until half cooked, cool slightly and cut into small pieces. If the green peas are canned, then it must be added at the very end. Dilute flour in a small amount of milk, stir well, pour milk into the rest, and pour the stew in this sauce. Cook stew with meat and mushrooms in a slow cooker in the same mode for another 15–20 minutes.

Recipe for a pie with meat and mushrooms in a slow cooker

Ingredients for making meat pie in a slow cooker:

  • sheet pita - 2 pcs.;
  • white onion - 1 pc.;
  • champignons - 5 pcs.;
  • minced pork or pork - 600 g;
  • smoked bacon - 100g;
  • chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp .;
  • salt, ground pepper - to taste;
  • any spices to taste.

Cooking a pie with meat and mushrooms in a slow cooker:

Peel the onion from the husk, finely chop. You can chop onions in a blender.

Now we clean the mushrooms and also cut very finely.

If we took smoked bacon (undercuts), then we need to cut off the skin from it.

Cut the bacon and pork into small pieces and send to a meat grinder. If you bought ready-made stuffing, then it is advisable to get it out of the refrigerator first (if the stuffing was in the freezer, then unfreeze).

We transfer the minced meat to a spacious container, add salt, pepper and your favorite spices. Knead the minced meat thoroughly so that the salt and spices are evenly distributed.

Now we will prepare the fill: mix eggs with sour cream in a separate bowl, add salt, pepper and spices. Beat the mixture to make it homogeneous.

After that, fill our pie in the multicooker with this filling and close the lid of the device.

It remains only to establish the desired mode and go about their business. We choose the “Baking” program, set the time to 50 minutes.

As soon as the multicooker completes the cooking process, we are in no hurry to extract our meat pie cooked in the multicooker. We turn on the “Heating” mode for 20 minutes.

When the cake settles, turn off the device and remove the finished meat pie from the multicooker.

When it cools down a little, a pie with meat and mushrooms prepared in a slow cooker can be cut and served immediately.
