  1. Put white bread without crust in milk or water, let it stand. We twist the meat with a meat grinder, chop the onion and garlic there too - if you add it, not everyone likes garlic. Squeeze the loaf as it should, put in the minced meat and break the egg, salt (in moderation, because the cheese is also salty), pepper and knead well.
  2. Wash, cut and fry the champignons, slightly salt, quite a bit. We wipe the cheese with a coarse grater and combine with the fried mushrooms, the filling is ready. If you want to cook zrazy with cheese and herbs, chop it smaller and stuffed.
  3. Stuffed meat, distribute it on your left hand, spread the stuffing with mushrooms and cheese on top, 30-40 g. If you use butter for juiciness, now is the time, cut a piece, put it inside.

We form cutlets and begin to gently connect the edges of the stuffing, leaving the filling inside, make sure that the filling does not look anywhere, if it does not cope at all, take a little stuffing on the patch. Bread in breadcrumbs, put on a cutting board, or a tray.
