Rice with meat and mushrooms: recipes for the oven and slow cooker

Rice with meat is a traditional combination of products that has been found in oriental cuisine since ancient times. In modern cuisine of different nations of the world, there is also a huge variety of dishes, the main ingredients of which are meat and rice. All of them are very tasty, satisfying and healthy. In addition to these two products, mushrooms are often added to dishes that help enrich their taste and aroma. You can cook rice with meat and mushrooms in several ways, namely: in the oven, in a slow cooker, in pots or just in a pan. Below are the most popular recipes for cooking dishes from these products.

Tasty baked meat with mushrooms and rice

Rice is best combined with lamb, but most often it is cooked with beef and pork in our country. To make the baked meat with mushrooms and rice tasty and juicy, you must first bring it to a state of semi-preparedness and only then combine it with other ingredients.

You can prepare a tasty and quick dish with the following ingredients:

  • 150 g of boiled rice;
  • 150 g of mushrooms;
  • 300 g of pork;
  • sweet pepper, carrots, onions - 1 pc.;
  • 30 ml of vegetable oil;
  • spices, salt.

Rinse the meat, cut into plates, beat through a plastic bag, salt, pepper, put on a greased baking sheet.

On top, place sliced ​​mushrooms, fried onions with carrots and pepper until golden brown.

At the end, put the rice, cover the baking sheet with foil and send it to the oven for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and cook another 10 minutes.

How to cook meat with mushrooms and fried rice

To prepare meat with mushrooms and fried rice, the following ingredients will be required:

  • 200 g of rice cereal;
  • 0.5 kg of meat (beef, lamb or pork);
  • 100 g of mushrooms;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and the same amount of mayonnaise;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • black pepper, salt and spices to taste.

Stages of cooking.

Rinse, remove bad grains, pour boiling water in a ratio of 1: 2 and put on fire. Cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat, cover and leave for another 10 minutes. After this time, all water should be absorbed into rice. If this does not happen, the excess liquid must be drained and leave the rice to cool completely.

In a separate bowl, break the eggs, add mayonnaise, salt, spices and pepper to them, beat with a whisk to a homogeneous consistency. Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or milk. In a preheated frying pan or in a saucepan with vegetable oil, bake an omelet from the resulting mixture, cool it and cut a pancake fried on both sides with thin and long stripes.

Rinse the meat under running water, dry thoroughly with a paper towel, cut into small pieces. At maximum heat, fry it in vegetable oil until crusty and then add finely chopped mushrooms and bring to medium heat over medium heat. Salt, pepper, add spices.

When the meat is prepared, add rice and prepared omelet to it in the pan, mix gently, add soy sauce, fry for 5-7 minutes and remove from heat.

Rice with meat, vegetables and mushrooms.

Rice goes well with mushrooms. An excellent proof of this is the following recipe for cooking rice with meat, vegetables and mushrooms, which will not leave anyone indifferent at the festive table.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of fresh pork;
  • 200 g of rice;
  • 150 g of mushrooms;
  • one carrot;
  • two bell peppers;
  • onion head;
  • three fresh tomatoes;
  • clove of garlic;
  • six cabbage leaves;
  • tomato paste and vegetable oil - 3 tbsp each. spoons;
  • salt, ground pepper (black or a mixture of five peppers), spices and dried herbs.

Stages of cooking:

Rinse the pork under running water, dry and cut into medium-sized slices. Rinse cabbage and tomatoes and cut into cubes. Wash the bell peppers, remove the stalks and grains, cut into thin strips. Peel the onion, finely chop. Peel the carrots, rinse, grate. Wash and cut the mushrooms into slices. Peel and pass the garlic through a press. Rinse the rice 3-5 times, pour cold water and leave for an hour.

Fry the meat until golden brown over high heat, add onions and carrots to it, stew for 5-7 minutes, then add pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic, cook for another 5 minutes. Dilute the tomato paste with a small amount of water, pour into the pan, add salt and pepper, add spices, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Put cabbage at the bottom of a deep pan, with an even layer of rice on top. Then spread over the rice the meat fried to a brown crust over high heat with vegetables and mushrooms. Add water and put on a strong fire until it boils, then reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer under the lid without stirring until the rice is soft.

Rice recipe with meat and mushrooms in a slow cooker

You can also cook rice with meat and mushrooms in a slow cooker. The dish will turn out very juicy and fragrant. The scheme of its preparation is similar to the previous one, only all operations are performed using a slow cooker. the composition of the products can be the same or slightly changed, for example, as follows:

  • 300 g of meat;
  • 300 g of rice;
  • 8 large champignons;
  • bulb;
  • carrot;
  • garlic 5 cloves;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons tomato paste or, 5 tbsp. tomato juice;
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • salt, black pepper, spices to taste.

Flavored meat with mushrooms and rice in a pot

Very tasty and aromatic is obtained rice with meat and mushrooms cooked in the oven. The cooking steps for this are similar to the previous recipes, with the only exception that at the end of cooking the ingredients are not placed in a pan in the oven and are not transferred to the multicooker bowl, but are sent to the cauldron in the oven.

The ingredients can be taken in the following ratio:

  • 350 g of mushrooms;
  • 300 g of pork pulp;
  • 250 g of rice;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 carrot;
  • 80-100 ml of vegetable oil;
  • seasonings, salt, pepper to taste.

Rinse the meat, cut into slices, fry in oil, put the mushrooms, sliced ​​in slices, diced onions, grated carrots. Salt, pepper, cook until soft carrots. Transfer meat and vegetables to the cauldron, top with washed and soaked rice an hour before this, add water. Cook in the oven over medium heat until the water evaporates, then cover, turn off the heat and leave to infuse in a hot oven.

According to this recipe, you can also cook pilaf in one large clay pot or portioned in small pots. The meat with mushrooms and rice in a pot turns out to be very fragrant, as it absorbs the aromas of herbs and spices in full.
