Meat with mushrooms and pepper is a fragrant, tasty and nutritious dish that will surely appeal to all family members and will become a worthy and original decoration of an everyday or festive table. For its preparation, you can use poultry meat and beef, but it is especially tasty and tender it is obtained from pork. In combination with mushrooms, the meat becomes very fragrant, and fried vegetables give it a slight smack of honey, and create a golden brown. Meat recipe with mushrooms and multi-colored bell pepper

Ingredients:

  • 500-650 g of pork (preferably pulp);
  • 300 g of fresh bell pepper (approximately 5 pcs.);
  • 300-350 g champignons;
  • 2 onions;
  • salt, spices and sweet paprika - to taste.

In addition, you will need vegetable oil for frying.

Product Preparation:

  • Wash the pork, dry and cut into large pieces;
  • Wash the mushrooms thoroughly, dry and, without separating the legs from the hats, cut into thin slices;
  • Peel onions, rinse under running water, cut into half rings;
  • Remove the stalk from the sweet pepper, peel it of seeds, and grind it (it is recommended to take multi-colored - green, yellow and red, so that the dish turns out bright and festive).

Stages of cooking:

In a pan with a thick bottom, heat vegetable oil in an amount of 2-3 tbsp. spoons. Put the meat in oil, add paprika and spices to your liking, salt, fry under the lid for twenty minutes.

Add prepared mushrooms and continue frying for another 10 minutes.

When the meat becomes soft and all the excess moisture evaporates, you need to add the onion and sweet pepper and simmer all the ingredients together for another 7-8 minutes, so that the pepper becomes soft and the onion becomes transparent and golden in color.

You can serve meat with mushrooms and bell pepper with durum wheat pasta, cereals and mashed potatoes.

Meat with mushrooms and red bell pepper


Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of beef;
  • two heads of onions;
  • 450 g of fresh small champignons;
  • three large red peppers;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons butter;
  • 800 ml of chicken stock;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 5 tbsp. spoons of pearl barley;
  • salt, herbs, spices to taste.

Optionally, to enhance the taste, you can add 2 teaspoons of dried marjoram and celery root.

Preparation of ingredients:

  • wash the meat, dry, cut into medium-sized cubes;
  • peel the onion, put in cold water for 2-3 minutes, then cut into cubes;
  • Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices;
  • wash carrots, peel, cut into cubes;
  • free the pepper from the stalk and seeds, wash, cut into long slices or strips;
  • Rinse and soak pearl barley in hot water;
  • heat the chicken stock.

Stages of preparation:

Fry the beef in melted butter until a golden crust forms, move it to a plate, and send chopped onions to a pan in its place and fry it until golden. After the onion changes its color, it is necessary to add mushrooms to it in a pan and fry everything together until all excess liquid is evaporated. Now you need to return the beef to the pan and pour all its contents with chicken stock, mix well and simmer for half an hour over low heat under a lid. After this time, you need to add diced carrots, soaked pearl barley, chopped red pepper, celery into the mixture of meat, onion and vegetables and continue stewing for another half hour.

Serve meat with pearl barley, mushrooms and sweet pepper in deep plates. The dish can be seasoned with sour cream and garnish with chopped herbs.

Stew Recipe with Mushrooms and Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of beef pulp;
  • 250-300 g of fresh champignons;
  • 250 ml of heavy cream;
  • bulb;

  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • two tbsp. spoons of strong mustard;
  • salt, spices - to taste;

Cooking process:

Fry peeled and chopped onions in 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil with sugar and salt for 8-10 minutes. If it starts to burn, add 2 tbsp to the pan. tablespoons of water. Add chopped garlic before frying. In a separate frying pan, you need to fry the mushrooms until the liquid has completely evaporated and add them to the onion, and put meat cut into strips in their place and fry it in the remaining oil until a golden crust is formed. Then the meat should be sent to the onion, add soy sauce, mustard, cream and simmer all together over medium heat for ten minutes. Add salt and spices to the end to taste.

Meatloaf with mushrooms and red pepper

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of beef fillet;
  • 400 g of fresh and 25 g of dried mushrooms;
  • two onions;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • two tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • a pair of thyme sprigs;
  • butter;
  • salt, spices.

Cooking process:

Dried mushrooms must first be soaked for 30-50 minutes, then chopped and fry together with onions in vegetable oil with 50 g of butter. After the appearance of a golden color, you need to add garlic and fresh mushrooms, sliced, thyme, spices and salt, fry until the excess moisture evaporates. While stewing vegetables and mushrooms, you need to prepare the fillet - not fully cut in half, unfold like a book. When the filling is cooked, you need to put it on the fillet, roll it into a roll and fix it with twine. The formed roll should be fried on all sides over high heat and then placed in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35-45 minutes for baking.

You can serve baked roll with a side dish of potatoes, with porridges and any meat sauces.

Stuffed Bell Pepper with Meat and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 6 large bell peppers;
  • 200 g of beef and pork;
  • 3 onions;
  • 250 g of fresh champignon mushrooms;
  • 2 medium-sized carrots;
  • 5 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • vegetable frying oil;
  • salt, pepper, fresh herbs.

Cooking process:

From beef, pork and 1 onion, cook homogeneous minced meat, salt it and pepper. Peppers gently release from the stalk and wash all seeds from the inside. Prepare dressing from the remaining 2 onions and carrots.To do this, peel the onions and cut them into cubes, place in preheated vegetable oil, when it becomes transparent, add carrots that are peeled and grated and cook for 5-8 minutes, add chopped mushrooms, cook for another 5 minutes, then pour the tomato paste, diluted 1: 1 with water. Fill prepared peppers with minced meat and place vertically in a baking dish, pour over the resulting dressing on top and add a little water so that they are 1/3 in the liquid. On top of the form you need to cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees 40 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of the foil must be removed.
