Meat with mushrooms and beans: recipes for delicious dishes

Beans are one of the oldest crops grown by man. No less ancient are the mushrooms that people have collected and eaten since ancient times. These products are perfectly combined in hot dishes with vegetables and meat, and if you cook them in ceramic pots in the oven, the resulting masterpiece of culinary art will not leave anyone indifferent. Meat with mushrooms and beans is a dish that once tasted once is impossible to forget. Consider the most popular and delicious dishes of these ingredients.

Meat with mushrooms and canned beans

The combination of mushrooms and beans with meat is double the amazing taste and healthy protein. Dishes from these ingredients are very nutritious, energizing and energizing.

To cook meat with beans and mushrooms according to this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 200 g champignon mushrooms;
  • 300 g of fresh pork;
  • 2 medium sized onions;
  • 300 g of potatoes for cooking;
  • 300 g canned beans;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • herbs, salt and spices to taste;
  • cooking oil for frying.

It is better to take fresh meat, but you can use frozen. It should be washed under running water, dried with paper towels, cut into small pieces and put in a pan with warmed vegetable oil.

Pork must be fried until golden brown, after which it should be salted, add spices and put in pots.

Peel the onions, rinse in water, cut into half rings, fry in the same pan as the meat until golden brown.

Put the fried onions on top of the pork in pots and lay the washed and cut into 4 parts mushrooms on top of it.

Wash the potatoes, peel, rinse again under running water, cut into bars, quickly fry in vegetable oil. Send the finished potatoes to the pots, put tomatoes, canned beans, and greens on top of it, placed on top of it.

The contents of the pots need to be filled with hot meat broth or just hot water so that the liquid slightly covers it. It is important that the pots are 1.5-2.0 fingers incomplete, otherwise during the cooking process, the liquid released from the vegetables will begin to boil and splash. Cook the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Mushrooms with meat and green beans in pots

In a similar way, in the same sequence, you can cook with mushrooms with meat and green beans in pots. The list of necessary ingredients in this case will be slightly different:

  • 300 g of beef or veal pulp;
  • 200 g of mushrooms and sweet pepper;
  • 250 g of green beans and tomatoes;
  • 150 g of onion;
  • sunflower oil for frying;
  • salt, pepper, herbs and other spices to taste.

Rinse the mushrooms, cut into plates, chop the pepper into strips, and the tomatoes into cubes. Rinse green beans, place in boiling water for 3-5 minutes and immediately cool in running water. Rinse the meat, dry, cut into cubes. Peel and chop the onion.

Fry the onion until golden, add meat, after 3 minutes put mushrooms and pepper in a pan.Add salt and spices, mix, tomatoes and fry for another 3 minutes. Transfer half of the mixture into pots, put green beans on top of it and put the meat and vegetables again, add some water, cover and simmer for 1 hour in a preheated oven. Garnish with chopped herbs before serving.

Turkey meat with mushrooms and green beans

It turns out to be very delicious turkey meat with mushrooms and green beans, baked on a baking sheet. To prepare it you will need:

  • 300 g of champignons;
  • 400 g of turkey meat;
  • 200 g of green beans;
  • 1 onion;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt, ground black pepper.

Rinse meat, beans, mushrooms and peeled onions under running water. Cut the meat into cubes 3x3 cm, cut the mushrooms into 4 parts, onion - in half rings.

Place the meat on a plate with salt, pepper and grease with mayonnaise. On a baking sheet, greased with sunflower oil, put all the ingredients in the following sequence: mushrooms, onion on top, then beans. You can optionally coat each layer with mayonnaise, then the dish will turn out to be more bold. The top layer is laid meat.

Bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for about 60 minutes, for the first 30 minutes you need to cover the baking sheet with foil. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs, serve hot.

If there is no beef, you can replace it with lamb and cook a delicious dish in the same way, slightly changing the list of ingredients, taking:

  • 500 g of fresh mutton;
  • 200 g of champignons;
  • 1 head onion for frying and 1 head for pickling;
  • 400 g of green beans;
  • 2 red sweet peppers.

The only addition to the cooking process is that the meat needs to be lightly marinated in 1 chopped onion for 10 minutes before frying.

Bean stew with chicken and mushrooms

You can cook meat with beans and mushrooms in pots without potatoes. It will turn out a wonderful very hearty and healthy dish, which is great for a family dinner. To prepare the food according to the recipe below, dry beans are used, so it will require preliminary preparation, i.e. washing and soaking in water.

Essential Ingredients:

  • 500 g of chicken;
  • 100 g of champignons;
  • 150 g of dry beans;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 onion heads (medium size);
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt, spices and herbs to taste.

Beans must be washed in a colander in advance under running water and cold boiled water, so that all of it is covered, cover the container with cling film and refrigerate. This is most conveniently done in the morning, and in the evening, calmly proceed with preparing dinner.

Drain the water from the soaked beans, rinse with fresh cold, put on a slow fire, bring to a boil and drain the water. Repeat the procedure 3 times. Then cook until half ready by salting it and adding a little sugar.

Rinse the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces, place in a bowl, pepper, salt, add spices and vegetable oil, mix.

Peel the onions, rinse with water, cut in half rings, mix with chopped herbs and send in a bowl with chopped chicken and leave to marinate for half an hour. After this time, put the meat along with the marinade in a preheated pan and fry until golden brown.

Peel the garlic, rinse, pass through a press and add to the meat, together with the mushrooms, washed and cut into 4 parts, and mix.

Arrange the contents of the pan in pots, on top of it beans cooked until half cooked. With the remaining water from cooking, pour the ingredients of the dish in pots. Bean stew with meat and mushrooms must be cooked in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
