Stir onion and garlic in warmed olive oil for 5 minutes until golden. Add ham, fry over moderate heat for 5 minutes. Put mushrooms, fry for another 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
Boil spaghetti in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water.

Rigatoni with porcini mushrooms in a creamy sauce
Ingredients:
50 g rigatoni, 140 g porcini mushrooms, 1 onion, 200 ml cream 33% fat, 1.5 tbsp. l with a slide of grated parmesan, 1-2 tbsp. l water, in which pasta was cooked, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, olive oil for frying.
Cooking:
Boil rigatoni in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package. Save the broth.

Linguine with dried mushrooms, nuts and spinach
Ingredients:
150 g linguine, 100 g peeled walnuts, 70 g dried porcini mushrooms, 100 g fresh spinach, 150 ml cream 33% fat, salt to taste, olive oil for frying. To serve: a few sprigs of parsley.
Cooking:
Boil linguine in salted water to an al dente state, recline in a colander.
Soak dried mushrooms in warm water for 1 h. Squeeze from excess liquid, finely chop.
Chop walnuts with a knife or grind with a blender, trying not to turn into flour.
Fry mushrooms and nuts in warm olive oil for 1-2 minutes. Add the spinach coarsely torn by hand (2/3 of the total), warm. Pour in the cream, evaporate to 1/3 of the volume.
Put cooked pasta in the pan, warm for 2-3 minutes to combine tastes and aromas, add the remaining spinach. When serving, decorate the finished dish with parsley petals.
