  • 100 ml of milk

Cut the mushrooms into strips.

Peel the onion, rinse, chop in half rings, fry for 2 tbsp. l butter until golden brown, combine with mushrooms.

Separately, fry the diced tomatoes in the remaining oil.

Beat milk with eggs, salt, pour the mixture of mushrooms with onions and bake in the oven for 20 minutes over moderate heat.

When serving, add mushrooms to the fried tomatoes.


Baked Mushrooms.

  • 300 g salty breasts
  • 100 g cheese
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 2 tbsp. l breadcrumbs
  • 30 g butter
  • salt to taste

Select large breasts, rinse well and cut off their legs so that dimples form. Put the mushrooms in a greased frying pan, sprinkle with grated cheese, pouring more into the dimples, and breadcrumbs, and then cheese again. Sprinkle finely chopped onions on top, pour sour cream and bake in the oven.

Sea bass baked with breasts.

Ingredients:

  • 600 g fillet of sea bass
  • 1 tbsp. flour spoon
  • 90 g cooking oil
  • 200 g of mushrooms
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cups sour cream sauce
  • 10 g grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons butter
  • Greenery
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • potatoes

  • 1 kg of salt
  • 50 g pickles

In order to cook baked breasts with potatoes in the oven, you need to take the following set of products:

  • Ham (or ham or boiled sausage) - 200 g
  • onions - 3-4 pcs.
  • potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
  • dried mushrooms - 30 g
  • Sour cream sauce with tomato (or sour cream) - 200 g
  • butter - 2 tbsp. spoons

Soak the mushrooms, boil, cool and cut into strips. Chop and fry the onion, add chopped ham, mushrooms, boiled potatoes, salt, pepper and fry everything. Put prepared foods in molds, pour in sour cream sauce with tomato or sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese or crackers, drizzle with butter and bake in the oven.

Oven bacon duck recipe
