  • pumpkin weighing about 4 kg;
  • meat, preferably beef - 1 kg;
  • celery stalk - 4 pcs. (you can add a little celery root);
  • mushrooms - 200-250 g (champignons);
  • red onion - 2 goals;
  • bell peppers - 2 pcs.;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • carrot;
  • young zucchini.


Wash the pumpkin thoroughly, carefully cut the “lid” and remove the pulp. It is important that the walls of the vegetable are at least 1.5 cm in thickness. Separated pulp from seeds and mix with chopped garlic, salt, pepper, add spices (basil, thyme, rosemary). Send the prepared form to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. At the same time, you need to bake pulp pulled out and seasoned in spices in a container, pepper and tomatoes.

To prepare the filling, you need to rinse the onion and celery, chop and send to stew. After 5-7 minutes add the mushrooms washed and cut into 4 parts to them.

  • 1 tbsp. a spoon of nonfat sour cream;
  • vegetable oil, salt.

Cut the “lids” of the pumpkins, use the spoon to pick the seeds and some pulp, which you need to cut into cubes. Wash and cut the meat into cubes. Wash, peel and dice potatoes. Wash the mushrooms, dry cut into 4 parts.

  • 800 g pumpkin;
  • 1 kg of veal;
  • 300 g of mushrooms;
  • 4 things. onions;
  • 50 g pitted prunes;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • vegetable oil;
  • soy sauce;
  • salt and pepper.

Peel the pumpkin, cut into medium-sized cubes, sprinkle with soy sauce and send to the refrigerator. Wash the meat, dry, cut into cubes, salt, pepper, add the peeled and chopped onions and mix. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and add a little salt.

Remove the pumpkin from the refrigerator, mix half the mass with the crushed prunes and place in the multicooker bowl greased with vegetable oil.   • grate the cheese, mix with cream and beaten egg;
  • salt and pepper.
