  • 15 pcs. olives;
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped greens of dill;

We wash the pickled mushrooms in water, put them on a kitchen towel and let drain from excess liquid.


We wash the potatoes well from contaminants and put them into boiling water, boil until cooked, take them out and let cool.


Boil chicken fillet in salted water with the addition of your favorite spices and leave to cool in the broth.


Grind onions and olives in small cubes, putting everything in separate plates.


In a deep dish with even walls, spread the food film, distribute a thick layer of pickled mushrooms on it.


Sprinkle the mushrooms with chopped onions and spread the potatoes grated on a coarse grater. Lubricate with a layer of mayonnaise and sprinkle with the processed cheese grated on the grater.

  • 4 tbsp. l apple cider vinegar;
  • Salt and sugar - to taste;
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil;

  1. Cut onions into thin half rings, put in a deep bowl and pour in a mixture of apple cider vinegar, sugar and salt. Leave to marinate for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Pour a little olive oil on a flat plate, grease the entire surface with it and sprinkle with chopped dill.
  3. Rinse pickled mushrooms in water and allow to dry a little. Put one part on the dill, leave the second for the top layer.
  4. Cover mushrooms with a small layer of pickled onions and grate potatoes on top.
  5. Grease with mayonnaise and cover with a layer of smoked meat, cut into cubes.
  6. Grate the cucumbers, squeeze with your hands and put on top of the meat.
  7. Put another layer of potatoes on the cucumbers and grease with mayonnaise.
  8. Carrots are laid out on top of potatoes and sprinkled with grated cheese.
  9. Everything is smeared with mayonnaise sauce and decorated with mushrooms on top.
