It is worth saying that mushroom chops cook an order of magnitude faster than meat chops: they can be done in 20-30 minutes. And the price of oyster mushrooms is much lower than the cost of meat. Oyster mushroom chops in batter with paprika

This recipe for oyster mushroom chops in batter is quite simple, and is suitable for frequent cooking. A hearty meal will be a good variety for your family and casual menu.

  • oyster mushrooms - 500 g;
  • vegetable oil - for frying;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • salt;
  • flour - ½ tbsp .;
  • ground black pepper - a pinch;
  • paprika - ½ tsp

Clean fresh oyster mushrooms from debris, rinse in running water and cut off the legs.

For oyster mushroom chops, it is necessary to prepare a batter in advance with the addition of flour, salt, black pepper and paprika.

Beat everything well with a whisk until smooth.

  • oyster mushrooms - 500 g;
  • sour cream - 100 ml;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • flour;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • salt to taste;
  • vegetable oil;
  • black pepper and ground red - ½ tsp.

  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • cream cheese - 50 g;
  • nutmeg - a pinch.

Oyster mushrooms clean, wash, cut off the legs and put on a kitchen towel so that the glass is excess liquid.
