  • Oyster mushroom legs - 350 g;
  • Potato - 500 g;
  • Garlic - 1 clove;
  • Onions and carrots - 1 medium each;
  • Salt, pepper, favorite seasonings;
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • Black pepper (peas) - 5 pcs.;
  • Dill and parsley (fresh).

The first step is to cut the legs into plates and boil. The boiling procedure should last 1 hour 40 minutes, while do not forget to add water as the liquid boils.

When the mushrooms are cooked, dip the peeled and diced potatoes to them. Then immediately send the grated carrots.

When the potatoes are almost ready, add finely chopped onions, salt, pepper and add your favorite seasonings (optional).

A few minutes before the soup is ready, add crushed garlic and chopped fresh herbs to taste.

  • Oyster mushroom legs (boiled) - 0.5 kg;
  • Onion - 1 large piece;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Dried dill - ½ tsp;
  • Salt, ground pepper mixture.

Before you cook a dish of oyster mushroom legs in a slow cooker, boiled and chilled mushrooms should be cut into slices and set aside for now.

Grease a bowl of multicookers with butter and put finely chopped onion, having previously set the function “Baking”.

When the onions are slightly fried, put the mushrooms, salt, pepper, add dill and fry for 20 minutes.

  • Oyster mushroom legs (fresh) - 500 g;
  • Onion - 4 heads;
  • Butter - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • Purified water - 500 ml;
  • Wheat flour - 3 tsp;
  • Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • Spices - salt, pepper.

Grind fresh legs of fruit bodies in a meat grinder or beat in a blender.

Put the mushroom mixture in a deep pan and simmer for about 1 hour, periodically pouring portions of water.

During this time, flour should be “gilded” in a separate frying pan in butter.

Then add finely chopped onions, flour, spices to the mushroom mixture and simmer for another 15 minutes.

At the end add sour cream, stir and turn off the heat. Wait 20 minutes until it is infused and you can season any side dishes and meat dishes.
