  • red beans - 1 cup;
  • fresh champignons - 200 g;

  • 2-3 tbsp. l sunflower oil;
  • salt to taste;
  • 1 teaspoon of red ground pepper and coriander.

Beans must be boiled after soaking and discarded in a colander, to allow excess moisture to drain well.

Rinse the mushrooms well and chop along to make thin slices.

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes, chop the garlic cloves.

Free dill branches from thick stems and chop finely.

All ingredients for stewed beans together with champignons are prepared, proceed to cooking.

Beans are boiled and thrown into a colander, left to leave excess moisture. For this dish, it is better to take white beans, combining it with mushrooms, it will not stain all other products and will look very appetizing.

Mushrooms must first be boiled in salted water for about 15 minutes. After peeling, the onion is cut into large strips and fried in oil. After acquiring a golden color, boiled mushrooms are added. Hold everything on fire for a bit and lay out the beans and seasonings. When adding salt, remember that the soy sauce that goes in the dressing for the dish also adds salt to the dish, so it needs very little.

Pour all the components with 100 ml of hot water and cover for 10 minutes stewing. For such beans, cooked with mushrooms champignons, it is necessary to prepare a dressing. Mix in a glass of 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons flour with 1-2 tbsp. l soy sauce. For preparation, in addition to 300 g of red beans with 200 g of fresh champignons, the following ingredients are also indicated in the recipe for the dish:

  • 2-3 tomatoes;
  • 1 PC. bell pepper;
  • 1 PC. onions;
  • olive oil - 3-4 tbsp. l .;
  • seasonings: coriander and ground allspice - 0.25 tsp each.

To begin with, the ingredients are prepared: the beans are boiled, the mushrooms are chopped in a small cube, the same is done with onions and sweet pepper, the tomato is peeled and cut as well.

Olive oil is heated in a pan, onions and peppers are fried in it until half-cooked, mushrooms and tomatoes are added. All this is stewed for 10 minutes under the lid. Then boiled beans and the indicated spices are poured, everything is mixed and left on the fire for another 5 minutes.

Such beans with mushrooms can be prepared in a slow cooker, for this all components are placed in the bowl of the device and poured with the indicated amount of olive oil. This recipe is unique in that mushrooms are combined with two types of beans: canned (1 can) and green beans (400 g). Add them to the pan at the same time. Green beans are pre-boiled in salted water and cut into pieces 5-7 cm long. Mushrooms with onions and beans are left on low heat, covering the pan with a lid for 15 minutes.
  3. Green beans with champignon mushrooms can also be prepared in combination with carrots. The result is a tasty and healthy side dish for meat. For cooking, boil 300 g of beans and 2 young carrots, which previously cut into strips. The approximate cooking time for vegetables is 5-7 minutes. Separately, in a pan, melt 2 tbsp. l butter, 1 chopped onion in half rings and 300 g peeled and chopped with large pieces of fresh champignons. Discard boiled vegetables in a colander and add to the mushrooms for frying. Season with salt and pepper and leave to stew for another 5 minutes.
  4. If you want to quickly cook green beans with champignons, then cook it in a slow cooker. Boil 450 g of legumes in salted water, discard them in a colander. For this amount, take 300 g of fresh champignons, which are cut into 4 parts. Grate 1 medium carrot on a coarse grater, 1 cut the onion into cubes. Fold all prepared vegetables in a slow cooker, add 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste and put on a stew mode for 10-15 minutes. After this time, add 1 tbsp. l tomato or your favorite ketchup and the same amount of mayonnaise, leave it on the same mode for another 10 minutes.
