Put the filling on the pita bread. Roll up and put in a greased form, curled "snail". Beat sour cream with 1 egg, mustard and spices and pour the resulting pita sauce. Bake in an oven heated to 200 ° C for 20–25 minutes until a delicious crust appears.

Champignon casserole with potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of champignons,
  • 600 g mashed potatoes,
  • 2 tbsp. l butter
  • juice of 1 lemon,
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp. l grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • salt to taste.

Cooking method.

  1. Fry the champignons in oil, drizzle with lemon juice, salt.
  2. Mix sour cream with cheese.
  3. Put a part of mashed potato in a greased form, then champignons, pour them with sour cream and cheese.
  4. Using a pastry bag, lay out the remaining mashed potatoes in the form of a border.
  5. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with butter and bake until golden brown.
  6. When serving, cut the casserole with mushrooms and potatoes, cooked in the oven, in portions and arrange with chopped dill and parsley.

Champignon casserole with cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of champignons,
  • 50 g butter,
  • 2 onions,
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 4 tbsp. l breadcrumbs
  • 5-6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 100 g of hard cheese,
  • 1 bunch of dill,
  • salt,
  • ground pepper to taste.

Cooking method.

Peel onions, cut into thin rings. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Beat the eggs. Wash dill, chop. Rinse the champignons, peel, finely chop, mix with onion, salt, pepper and fry in butter for 3 minutes. Then add sour cream and simmer another 3 minutes. Stewed mushrooms and onions mixed with breadcrumbs and beaten eggs, put in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a moderately heated oven for 10 minutes. When serving champignon casserole when serving, sprinkle with fresh dill.
