  • Potato - 800 g;
  • Honey mushrooms - 700 g;
  • Onion - 3 pcs.;
  • Hard cheese - 200 g;
  • Sour cream - 200 ml;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Salt and ground black pepper - to taste;
  • Nutmeg - a pinch;
  • Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.

The option of cooking mushrooms with potatoes in sour cream in pots is designed for 5 servings.

Peel the potatoes, wash them in cold water and cut into half rings with a thickness of not more than 0.5 cm.

  • Honey mushrooms - 500 g;
  • Eggplant - 5 pcs. (medium);
  • Onion - 3 pcs.;
  • Cream (non-greasy) - 200 ml;
  • Lean oil;
  • Salt;
  • Ground black pepper - 1 tsp;
  • Paprika - 1 tsp;
  • Dill and parsley.

To cook mushrooms stewed in a pot for 6 people, you need to adhere to the proposed recipe.

Peel the eggplant, cut into cubes 1.5x1.5 cm, fry until golden brown in vegetable oil, salt to taste, pepper and sprinkle with paprika.

Honey mushrooms are boiled in salted water with the addition of citric acid for 20 minutes, put into a colander and let it drain completely.
