Pies with salted breasts and potatoes


Ingredients:

  • Salted breasts - 500 g
  • Fresh potatoes 4 pieces
  • Onion - 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Dill Greens - 3-4 sprigs
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Before cooking pies with salted mushrooms and potatoes, boil vegetables, rinse in mushrooms in cold water, chop finely. Rinse and chop dill. Soak the dried mushrooms for 2-3 hours in cold water, then boil in the same water with bay leaf. When the mushrooms are cooked, finely chopped with a knife or chop with a meat grinder and fry in 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oil. Make the sauce. Fry the flour and finely chopped onions in a pan with the remaining butter until light golden in color, add the broth, pepper, salt, chopped greens. Pour the sauce into the mushrooms and mix well. Use the filling for making pies.

Pies with salted breasts and rice


Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of salt
  • 200 grams of boiled rice
  • 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons melted or vegetable oil
  • 1-2 bulbs
  • pepper

To cook pies with salted breasts and rice, rinse the mushrooms. And combine with boiled cereals. If the taste is too sharp, then the mushrooms should be soaked for 1-2 hours in cold water, and then put on a sieve and let the water drain. After this finely chop the mushrooms and fry with butter.   • 1 cup canned bread
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/2 to 1 glass of water
  • sugar

Fry rye or wheat bread into cubes, fry in butter or margarine, mix with chopped canned bread. Add boiled water, granulated sugar, mix and simmer a little. Use for pies.
