Salty Cheese Dishes with Chicory
- 1 cup salted mushrooms
- 400 g chicory
- 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons butter
- 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of cream
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2-3 tbsp. grated cheese
- salt
Chicory, peeled and washed, put in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice so that the chicory does not darken. Lay salted mushrooms soaked in water and cut into slices on top and pour cream. Sprinkle abundantly with grated cheese, put a few small cubes of butter on top and close the lid tightly, put the pan for 15 minutes in a moderately heated baking oven.
Salted Sausages with Cabbage
- 500 g salted mushrooms
- 1 kg of fresh cabbage
- 1 pickle
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons tomato puree
- 1-2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 tbsp. a spoon for breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of oil
- 1 tbsp. spoon of vinegar
- pepper
- Bay leaf
- salt
Chop the cabbage, put in a pan, add oil, a little water, vinegar and simmer for about an hour. 15–20 minutes before the end of the stew add the tomato puree, sliced cucumber, sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf.
Soak the mushrooms in water, then cut into slices. Put the mushrooms in a bowl, fry the onion in a pan and mix it with mushrooms.
Put half the stewed cabbage in a pan in a pan, put the cooked mushrooms with onions onto the cabbage and cover again with a layer of the remaining cabbage. Sprinkle the cabbage with breadcrumbs and sprinkle with oil, put the pan in the oven for baking.
When serving, a slice of lemon or olive can be put in a dish of salted breasts prepared according to this recipe.
Mushroom hodgepodge can also be prepared from sauerkraut, without adding vinegar in this case.
Salty Cheese Dishes with Tomatoes
- 500 g of red strong tomatoes
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 onions 200 g feta cheese
- 1 egg
- 4–5 Art. tablespoons of salted mushrooms
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- pepper,
- salt
Cut the tops from the tomatoes, remove the pulp with seeds and, turning the tomatoes over, allow them to dry out a little. From tomato pulp, half the specified amount of butter and finely chopped onions, prepare tomato sauce, wipe it through a sieve. Crush feta cheese with a fork, mix with beaten egg, pepper and finely chopped pickled mushrooms.
Fill the tomatoes with this mass, distribute on top small pieces of the remaining butter and pour over the cooked tomato sauce. To salt. Place the stuffed tomatoes in the oven and simmer with medium heat (the tomatoes should never fall apart) until cooked.

Chicken Salted Mushroom Dishes
Ingredients for 12 Cocotte Makers:
- 1 chicken
- 200 g of salted mushrooms,
- 200 g smoked ham or ham,
- 2 onion heads,
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g soft cheese,
- 40-45 olives.
Cooking:
Boil the chicken until tender, salt the broth. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry with onions. Dismantled chicken and chop finely. Just chop the ham.

Ingredients:
- mushrooms - 800 g
- salt - 50 g
- water - 1.5 l
- flour - 100 g
- butter - 50 g,
- sour cream - 2 glasses,
- crackers - 50 g
- pepper,
- spices to taste.
Cooking:
Rinse 800 g in water, soak, put in a colander, roll in flour, fry in oil in a saucepan. Then pour 2 cups of sour cream, sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top. Bake a dish of salted mushrooms in the oven.
Salty black breast dish with potatoes
Ingredients:
- 10 potatoes,
- 250 g of salty black mushrooms,
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of butter
- 2 large onions,
- 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream
- dill greens,
- parsley.
Cooking: peel the potatoes, rinse them, remove the core with a knife. Finely chop salted mushrooms, add sautéed onion and sour cream, mix, then fry everything. Fill the prepared potatoes with the resulting meat, put in a pan, add bay leaf, salt, herbs, sour cream and simmer in a sealed container until cooked. When serving, pour a plate of salted black mushrooms with butter.
