Pour the mushrooms into the onion and fry together for 10 minutes.

In a pan with mushrooms add sour cream and simmer until the mass thickens, about 15 minutes.

Gently sprinkle flour over the vegetable mixture in a pan and mix well.

  • butter - 30 g;
  • premium flour - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • ground black pepper - a pinch;
  • salt;
  • paprika - 0.5 tsp;
  • cloves of garlic - 2 pcs.;
  • nutmeg - a pinch.

Cook the fillet until cooked in salt water, remove and put on a paper towel to cool, then cut into strips.

Chop the onion into cubes and fry in butter for 5-7 minutes.

Pour oyster mushrooms to the onion and fry another 10 minutes.

In a clean and dry pan, fry the flour until creamy, put the remaining butter and stir well with a fork so that there are no lumps.

Put cream in a pan, add pepper, paprika, nutmeg, salt and chopped garlic cloves. Stir the sauce well and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Combine meat, mushrooms, onions and sauce, stir.

Distribute on molds and grate a small layer of cheese on top.

Put the molds in the oven and bake until golden brown at 200 ° C.
