Julienne with shrimp, mushrooms and hard cheese will surely appeal to lovers of seafood.

For him you will need:

  • shrimp - 300 g;
  • mushrooms (champignons) - 300 g;
  • cheese (hard varieties) - 200 g;
  • cream - 70 g;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • wheat flour - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • nutmeg - a pinch;
  • black ground salt and pepper - to taste:
  • greens - for decoration.

The julienne recipe with mushrooms and shrimp is cooked for about 30 minutes, and is designed for 3 servings.

Chop the onion into small pieces and fry until soft in butter.

Cut the champignons into strips and combine with the onion, fry until the liquid from the mushrooms evaporates.

Add salt, pepper to taste and pour a pinch of nutmeg.

Melt the remaining butter, add flour and beat well with a whisk so that there are no lumps.

Pour in cream, let simmer for 1 min and remove from heat.

Mix the mushrooms with the sauce and add a portion of chopped herbs.

  • peeled shrimp - 300 g;
  • boiled squids - 200 g;

Pour the seafood sauce, put the molds in the oven for 15-20 minutes and bake at a temperature of 200 ° C.

How to cook shrimp and chicken julienne
