Microwave fast mushrooms

An ordinary microwave will help prepare quick mushroom dishes. Thanks to the magnetron that generates microwaves, the products warm up evenly, and in the shortest possible time. Mushrooms in the microwave can be cooked whole or in crushed form, stuffed with vegetables or use mushrooms for filling other products. The main thing is to have a special dish for microwave and choose the optimal program.

Microwave mushrooms with potatoes and fish

Ingredients:

  • 2 potato tubers,
  • 500 g of sea fish
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 4 tbsp. l butter or margarine,
  • 4 tbsp. l finely chopped champignons,
  • 2 tbsp. l hard cheese
  • grated on a coarse grater,
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped dill,
  • 2 cups sour cream or low-fat cream,
  • ground black pepper,
  • ground white pepper
  • salt.

Cooking method:

  1. To cook mushrooms in a microwave oven, you need to boil a hard boiled egg, cool, peel and cut into circles.
  2. Peel potatoes and onions and chop finely.
  3. Squeeze juice out of lemon. Sprinkle champignons with lemon juice.
  4. Cut the cleaned, gutted and washed fish into fillets, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt.
  5. Grease a special tray made of heat-resistant material with butter or margarine and put fish on it.
  6. Bake in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at maximum power. After this time, turn the fish on the other side and keep in the oven for another 3 minutes.
  7. Grease the bottom of a separate dish with butter, put mushrooms and onions and bake in the microwave for 5-7 minutes, without lowering the power level.
  8. In another pan, mix sour cream or cream and ground pepper, put pieces of fish, onions, mushrooms, potatoes and an egg. Then sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for no more than 10 minutes at the same power.
  9. Taking out the finished fish from the dishes, you must try not to damage the crust of cheese.
  10. Before serving champignons and potatoes cooked in the microwave, put the pieces of fish on plates, pour with sour cream sauce and garnish with dill.

Microwave champignon soup

Microwave smoked sausages and mushrooms soup.

Ingredients:

  • 4 sausages (smoked),
  • 150 g of champignons,
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1/2 bunch of dill,
  • salt.

Cooking method:

To cook mushroom soup in the microwave according to this recipe, you need to wash the potatoes, peel, cut into small cubes.

Rinse mushrooms, cut into slices.

Finely chop the sausages.

Wash the dill, finely chop.

Cooking method:

Wash potatoes and carrots, peel, cut into thin strips. Wash parsley, finely chop. Add mushrooms, potatoes and carrots to the broth, salt, cook for 4 minutes at a capacity of 100%, add parsley.

Stuffed champignons: cooking mushrooms with minced vegetables in the microwave in the “Grill” mode

Mushrooms with minced spinach.

Ingredients:

  • Champignon hats - 20 amount,
  • butter - 40 g,
  • onion - 1 pc.,
  • sour cream - 30 ml,
  • mayonnaise - 30 ml
  • cheese - 50 g
  • spinach leaves.

Cooking.

To cook the mushrooms, baked in the microwave in the "Grill" mode, spinach leaves must be washed, pour 15 ml of water, cook over medium heat for 1 min. Drain the remaining liquid, add chopped onion and chili. Keep on medium heat for another 2 minutes.

  • 2 tablespoons of grated cheese,
  • 10 ml of vegetable oil,
  • salt.

Cooking method:

To prepare mushrooms stuffed with minced tomato in the microwave, rinse, clean, boil whole in salted water, separate the hats from the legs. Wash and chop the basil greens. Wash tomatoes, peel, finely chop.

Finely chop the legs, mix with tomatoes, basil and mayonnaise, stuff with the prepared mixture of mushroom caps. Put them in a greased form with vegetable oil, sprinkle with cheese, bake in the microwave in the “Grill” mode for 2 minutes.

Delicious microwave sandwiches with champignons

Ingredients:

  • White bread - 4 slices,
  • boiled meat - 4 slices,
  • olives - 4 pcs.,
  • tomato - 1 pc.,
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc.,
  • onions - 1 pc.,
  • butter - 4 teaspoons,
  • champignons (pre-fried and chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Cooking method:

Fry the slices of bread. Peel the onion, cut into rings and fry in butter until golden brown. Wash the tomato and pepper.

Cut the tomato into slices. Remove pepper and stalk from pepper and cut into rings. Mix the fried mushrooms and onions. Grease the bread with butter, put on top slices of boiled meat, mushrooms with onions, mugs of tomato and rings of sweet pepper.

  • 100 g of champignons,
  • 100 g oyster mushroom
  • 30 g of mushrooms (any, dried),
  • 50 g honey agarics (pickled),
  • 50 g butter (pickled),
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 100 g mayonnaise,
  • 100 g of cheese (any)
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
  • salt.

Cooking method:

To cook pizza with cheese in the microwave, mushrooms and oyster mushrooms need to be washed, coarsely chopped, put in a pan with warmed vegetable oil, add pre-soaked dried mushrooms, fry, salt, put mayonnaise, simmer for 10 minutes. Wash parsley, chop. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Put the stewed mushrooms on the basis for pizza with the sauce, sprinkle with cheese, put the pickled mushrooms and butter, sprinkle with parsley. Bake for 2 minutes at 100% power.

  • 200 g of champignons,
  • 1 pod of sweet pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 g of cheese (any)
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise,
  • 20 ml of vegetable oil,
  • salt.

Cooking method:

Before you cook pizza with mushrooms in the microwave, mushrooms need to be washed, finely chopped. Peel, wash, chop the onion. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Wash sweet peppers, remove seeds, chop finely. Wash the tomatoes, cut into circles.

Put mushrooms and onions in a pan with warmed vegetable oil, salt, fry over medium heat until half cooked, cool. Grease the basis for pizza with mayonnaise, put mushrooms and onions, sweet peppers, tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Put the product in the mold. Bake for 2 minutes at 100% power.

Mushrooms baked with pumpkin in the microwave.

Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin peeled - 500 g,
  • champignons - 150 g,
  • butter - 1 tablespoon,
  • frozen puff pastry - 8 plates,
  • cream - 1 glass,
  • white wine - ½ cup,
  • eggs - 5 pcs.,
  • pumpkin seeds peeled,
  • chopped - 4 tablespoons,
  • thyme - 1 bunch,
  • salt

Cooking method:

  1. To prepare baked mushrooms in the microwave, pumpkin and mushrooms should be cut into small cubes, fry in melted butter for 1 minute at maximum power. After that add thyme, salt, pour wine and simmer at medium power for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Defrost puff pastry in an oven, stack half of the plates in a stack and roll into a layer 2-3 mm thick. Squeeze out a circle with the shape and place it in the shape.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat 4 eggs with cream, combine this mass with chopped pumpkin seeds, pumpkin-mushroom mixture and put the resulting filling on top of the dough.

Cooking method:

To prepare mushrooms in the microwave, mushrooms need to be cleaned, rinsed and dried, finely chopped. Put in a pan, add oil. Stew under the lid for 4.5–5 minutes at full capacity. To the prepared mushrooms serve sour cream sauce.

Note. Mushrooms can be stewed with onions (1 large onion) or garlic (1 clove) Instead of fresh, you can stew frozen mushrooms. It will take less time to cook them - 2.5–3 minutes.

Mushrooms stewed in spicy sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of fresh champignons,
  • 3 small onions,
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil,
  • 1 tbsp. a spoon of tomato paste
  • 1 pod of hot red pepper,
  • salt to taste.

Cooking method:

To clear, rinse and dry mushrooms. Slice and put in the pan. Add peeled and finely chopped onions, chopped pepper, pour over vegetable oil and fry at full power (“High”) 2.5–3 min. Add flour, tomato paste, sour cream. Stir, pour 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of water if the mixture is too thick. Stew under the lid at medium power (Medium) 5 min.

Note. If desired, you can add 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley or sprinkle with herbs ready mushrooms.

Mushrooms with bacon and herb sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 450 g young fresh champignons, 2
  • 00 g bacon without crust,
  • 50 g butter or margarine,
  • 3 tbsp. spoons without top flour
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley,
  • ground black pepper
  • salt.

Cooking method:

Spread the bacon in one layer in a large flat plate. Cover loosely with absorbent paper and let stand at full power (“High”) for 2-3 minutes until the bacon is cooked. Dry it with paper, chop coarsely and put in a serving plate. Put the oil in a medium-sized bowl and melt at full capacity for 45 seconds. Add the champignons cut in half and cook at the same power for 4 minutes until the mushrooms become soft.Transfer the mushrooms with a spoon and holes in a plate with bacon, mix. Add flour to the remaining butter. Then gradually pour in the milk. Cook at full power for 4–5 minutes until the mixture thickens. Stir vigorously and often. Salt, add lemon juice, parsley. Pour the sauce onto the mushrooms and bacon, mix well. Keep at full power for 1-2 minutes.

Mushrooms stuffed with cheese and nuts.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of fresh champignons,
  • ½ cup peeled nuts
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of grated cheese,
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of ground crackers,
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter
  • salt to taste.

Cooking method:

To cook stuffed mushrooms in the microwave, you need to clean, rinse, separate the legs from the hats. Cut the legs and put in the pan. Stew under the lid for 1.5–2 minutes at full power until the legs are soft. Add cheese, ⅔ crushed nuts and ⅔ crushed crackers, salt. Mix everything thoroughly. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and sprinkle them with the remaining nuts and breadcrumbs. Put the mushroom caps on the dish and bake in the microwave for 1.5–2.5 minutes.

Whole mushrooms in the microwave.

Ingredients:

  • Champignons - 200 g
  • spices (black pepper, coriander, nutmeg and others) to taste.
