- Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, set the “Baking” mode.
- Cut the onion into thin half rings and place in the bowl.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Rinse the liver, cut each in half, clear of blood vessels.
- Mix the liver with chopped mushrooms, onions and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then mix.
- If there is little liquid, pour 2-3 tbsp. l hot water.
- Cook another 10 minutes.
- Put in a slide, pour with mayonnaise and garnish with the products that make up the salad and parsley.
Beef liver salad with mushrooms, cucumbers and eggs
Ingredients
- beef liver - 200 g
- dried champignons - 40 g
- pickles - 2 pcs.
