Is it possible to freeze oil with raw or should they undergo additional heat treatment - not the point. After the defrosting process, the oils have the same aroma as freshly picked. In this case, the primary process is the initial processing of oil. First you need to remove the slippery sticky film from their hats, rinse in running water and throw them in a colander. When all the liquid has drained, put the oil on a paper towel so that it dries.
If the mushrooms are small, cutting such beauty is not worth it, let them remain intact. However, if large mushrooms are taken for freezing, then they need to be cut. A mandatory rule is to sort the oil by size. In food-grade plastic containers with a lid, put the same size oil on it and place it in the freezer. The lid on the containers is required, as the mushrooms quickly absorb all the smells of the products lying nearby.
